Manchego at it's finest

This tour is not to be missed. Alphonso, the owner/operator, greeted us and walked us through the entire facility. The aroma from room to room was intoxicating. At the end of the tour we were taken to the old family summer home and treated to a cheese tasting along with some fabulous Spanish wine,. The tour was super intimate, informative and well worth the visit.
