Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Currently the wine tasting is available Friday evening and Saturday-Sunday 10-19h30 and is held in the historical Castello del Brusca on the hill top of Mango. There are a number of local vineyards who take part on a rotation basis. We tried 2 different brands and various types! It was €5 per person which included a glass of wine and small plates of aperitif. Option to buy by the glass and bottle. Fantastic experience in a beautiful location and great to support the small wine growers of the region.

We had the great fortune to attend the Sunday cooking school. It was a delightful treat. For 50 Euro we got to learn how to make the Piemontese classics, then enjoy a delicious lunch of what was made in an atmospheric room in the castle. From my initial email to our departure, everyone was very friendly. They had an English translator there although I speak some Italian. There were others in the group from a variety of countries. The food was fantastic. It was fun to learn how to make these dishes, and recipes are included. As is a bottle of fabulous Moscato!
Even if you don't go for the Sunday cooking school, there is a large tasting area and when we were there, a nice display of photography from the region. The gift shop was also very nice. The people here are so helpful. We really enjoyed our visit. I definitely recommend!

The Enoteca has a rather big selection of Moscato which you can taste and buy - along with other typical products from the region.
The best thing, however, was the very helpful woman on staff. She served us wine when the Enoteca was about to close and on top of that she took the time to help find a winery we could visit and she helped book the tour for us.

Every old town has a castle on the top of the tallest hill, with an ancient city surrounding the fortifications, but Mango is unique in that it houses the sparkling wine distribution for the area. The enoteca wine distribution store sells wine on consignment for neighboring wineries of all types, and we found Barolo wines as old as 1993 (in year 2014), still offered at their original old prices. We added many nice wines to our collection at very good prices, and still bought some to drink. If you like and know your wines, do not miss this place!

A special place to experience and taste a special part of Italy, with Italians. This small town on top of the hill is worth the drive. Take the longer back roads to the top and enjoy the spectacular views of vineyards in every direction. The selection and tasting of wine was a pure pleasure. They currently have a weekly cooking class of historic Piedmonte dishes, paired with wine of course for a very modest price. We met the mother of one of the leaders of the class and she just raved about it. Next trip I will check that for sure. Just a perfect afternoon.
