Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Got off the ship Norwegian Sky and was directed to go to the right to find Jasmine in a green shirt. Got there at 10:10 am as the meeting time was to be 10:20 am. No Jasmine. Supposed to leave at 10:30 for the boat, but Jasmine didn't show up until 10:50 am and we continued to wait in the heat with our small grandchildren. All the other tours got on regular busses with AC and left, but apparently they ran out before they got to us. Crammed into vans with the grandkids sitting on our laps. Not a pleasant trip at all. Glass bottom boat was good, but when they feed the sharks, you will be better off holding the kids instead of your camera. Complained about the trip at the Shore Excursion Desk on the ship and they said OK we'll record your complaint, but didn't actually do anything about it. If I had to do it again, I would skip it.

We had a tour booked for Feb 3, 2016. We arrived at 8:30 instead of 9:00 and was told by Dwight that the tour was delayed by an hour because another ship was late in docking, We went and sat in the market area and returned an hour later and no one was there. My cell phone didn't have service and I tried to use a pay phone but couldn't get it to work. We did wait a bit than took a cab on our own to the market. On my return home I emailed asking for a credit and was told we tried to check in an hour early. The TRUTH of the matter is that we were late because we were on ship time (I found out about the time difference the next day for a tour in Nassau, we were late but they were kind enough to bring us to the tour in progress). If we were told that we would not had wasted time waiting, Dwight gave us incorrect information. They did offer us the amount as a credit if we return and use it by Nov 2016. Since I don't cruise very often, my last was over 2 year ago I'll never see that money so BEWARE. Guess if I cruise again I'll stick to a tour with the ship.

The glass bottom boat tour was amazing. It rained almost the entire time and that did not slow down the crew. We saw amazing sea life through the bottom of the boat windows.

Towards the end of the tour, they feed sharks from the sides of the boats. This was both amazing to see and made for some great photos.

Would recommend.

My daughter and I went on the Robinson Crusoe cruise, which included snorkeling and a beach party. I totally recommend this excursion. The snorkeling on Rainbow Reef was fatastic. The Beach was beautiful and we swam almost the whole time we were there. The staff/tour guides were helpful and entertaining. I can't say enough good about this tour.

Where do I begin.

1. The steak was so overcooked even the A1 sauce didn't help.
2. The lobster was also overcooked, and very dry
3. The cruise so too long. They could have shortened it by 30-45 minutes, easily.
4. The tour bus ride home was a buzz kill. We rented a car but chose to take the bus so we could all drink. While I understand that there were people on the bus that didn't stay at our hotel, it took 60 minutes to complete a 7 minute drive. The last 15 minutes of the trip, the driver gavae us an informative lecture of the history of the island. Not what anyone wanted to hear at 10pm while just wanting to get back to the hotel to continue the evening. We all ran off the bus and called it a night. Not what we originally planned when we boarded the bus. Save your money and go to a nice restaurant instead.

Wow we had the best time...We had booked in advance and was told they don't operate in bad weather...But We got lucky and the weather was perfect...We were on a cruise ship so we had to catch a taxi to Port Lucaya Market place...They do pick up from hotels...there were only six of us on the cruise..We ventured out into open water to a reef , Then we went downstairs, only a few steps..and what an experience, we could see all the fish, and then there was the diver feeding them, there were so many all over the windows we couldn't believe it....the sub was air conditioned and comfortable...We then went back on deck ,put on the snorkel equipment and jumped in .We must of been out there for an hour all the time the diver was with us watching and making sure we had no problem, I can only say awsume .From the boat the captain threw bread, to keep fish around us....We finally got tired and climbed with help from the capt back on the boat..We then headed back to the dock...I did have questions and was ,e-mailed right back...I definitely recommend this attraction..

We went on a three hour sunset cruise scheduled from 5 to 8 pm. First the crew did not show up until 5:45 PM with no apologies! Then we floated around the marina from 6 to 7 pm while the sun was setting beyond the rooftops of the buildings in the marina...when asking the crew if we were to actually see the sunset they replied: "we will go out to sea
when everyone finishes dinner" which was 7 pm and the entire sun was gone, black sky!
The appetizers were ice cold meatballs, cheese sandwiches with mustard, and cold chicken wings. The grand finale to the cruise at 8 pm upon leaving the ship and walking out the dock area--all forty of us were locked into the marina with no assistance from the crew. Finally after 30 to 40 minutes a security person came to unlock the gate and we were able to leave the marina--persons were climbing over fences to get out! No crew assistance here either! The first sunset cruise we have ever been on where we did NOT see a sunset..would not recommend to anyone!! We found out quickly that three tours had been combined into one--the sunset cruise, the bahama booze cruise and the dinner cruise were all booked into one cruise--dinner was upstairs where noone else was allowed and the rest of us were on the bottom--the bartender put double shots of booze into all the drinks to try to keep everyone happy but we didn't care to get drunk so we watched many people stumbling around in the black night with NO sunset.

First let me say that everyone that I dealt with in booking and taking this tour were great. The captain and the diver were super nice and entertaining. The day we took the tour there were storms and rough waters. This made the tour less fun than it could have been...but this is no fault of the operators. The boat seemed a lot smaller in real life than in the pictures I had seen. Because of the rough water, they put us in the "semi sub" early. With the waves rocking the boat and the fact that we were crowded together in the bottom (two to a seat) and the air conditioning was not working as well as we wished, there were several of us that got a little green. Looking at the reef was nice, but make sure the auto focus is off of your camera. Most of my pictures did not come out because the camera focused on the window rather than the reef, everything was blurry. My wife did enjoy the snorkeling, even though it was lightning and raining while she was out. Once again, our pictures didn't turn out...we were told it was too dark. The ride back in was better, everyone was back up on deck because the storm had passed.

I would recommend this tour, just make sure the weather is good so you can enjoy it more.
