Very central to the city

Nice Golf Club, which major and best characteristic is to be very close to the city, not far from the airport (20-30 minutes by cab from Madrid center). Overcrowded and not very well organized, but beautiful as it is between olive trees. Not expensive. Not in very good shape, at least now in winter.

9 holes. First hole used by soccer club

Due to play 9 holes at 8.32
Upon arrival at first hole (10) the area is occupied by Spanish soccer club RAYO VALLECANO team which is training on the link. The club manager is sending guests to hole 11 to initiate their round. At launch area of hole 11 caos, no Marshall, people's are starting individually and the timing is completely screwed up. When finishing hole 18 to realize subsequently hole 10, it is of course busy with all people's coming from hole 9.
Complete mess, complained that Iocal staff the indicated decision of club manager. Never again in this place

Fantastic service and the staff was most helpfull
We traveld to Golf Olivar nfrom Norway a group of 4 pax. Our intention to check out the field an to have a fantastic round of golf. We where met by a staff that was wery friendly. The course in it self (18 holes) fantastic greens and a fantastic calm atmophere both on the course and in the club house! Try it! you would want to go back! >;-)
