- Ramon416 contributionsNice and interesting parkMini Europe is slightly wrong as a name as it "only" includes all EU countries and former member states. The choice of certain country objects to represent them is sometimes a bit strange; for example as an Austrian I could easily think of 10 more iconic buildings than the one chosen. But this also makes it somewhat interesting. The labelling and descriptions could be a bit better, but it's nice thst they added little people, so it gives you a hint of relation for how big the buildings in real life are.Visited March 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 24 March 2023
- Inmarce11Medellin, Colombia215 contributionsSurprising and detailed, really niceGreat experience, they have lots of replicas, with interesting information. It is definitely worth doing. Try to buy tickets in advance (or buy them together if you go to the Atomium) so you get to skip the queue. Grab the free brochure at the entrance with the explanation of the attractions to get the full experienceVisited April 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 8 April 2023
- Travel’n MattNevada330 contributionsWe visited all of the EU today. In miniature form.Located next to the Atominium and also worth it. It was school outing day that added allot of children but they seemed to enjoy it as well. It was included in the ticket we purchased for the Atominium and I’m glad we had the time to check it out.Visited April 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 27 April 2023
- CathiDYTWhitehorse, Canada30 contributionsGreat way to spend an afternoonWe spent most of an afternoon wandering around. Amazing detail and bonus for us was to see some the places later up close and in person. Made you appreciate the details even more! Lots of space, it was busy but we didn't feel crowded and enjoyed the reactions of the kids that were there with parents.Visited April 2023Written 14 May 2023
- David D1,205 contributionsA surprisingly wonderful little attractionA set of replicas of many of Europe’s most famous buildings. There is at least one for every country of the EU and they are done very wonderfully in many cases. Definitely worth a visit if you have an interest in such things. It is also very close to the Atomium.Visited July 2023Written 5 July 2023
- Jane RBarton Seagrave, United Kingdom69 contributionsA place to visit for everyone.Excellent scale models of some of Europe's spectacular buildings. Easy to locate, right next to the railway station. Shop, restaurant and toilet facilities. Interactive activities - I loved the Knight going up the ladder to save the Princess and kiss her. Also dragon roar, with real smoke. Also the erupting volcano, so glad it wasn't 1/25. It was already a hot day, it didn't need to get hotter. Yes, definitely a place to visit when in Brussels, good place for everyone.Visited July 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 8 July 2023
- Girish DHyderabad, India236 contributionsNot worth for adults, may be attraction for young childrenTheme park mostly attraction for children. Few models are nicely done however most of the models of Europe attractions are very basic. Not much exclusive as thought. Need to modernise and make more meaningful.Visited July 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 12 July 2023
- Paul VCalgary, Canada301 contributionsGood visitWe had already visited Madurodam and Antwerp miniature, so being in Brussels, it would only be normal to come to this place. We took the metro and walked over to the entrance. Got a combo-ticket including the Atomium (see separate review). Information booklet was very useful. Site gave a good overview of the main attractions in Europe, most of which we had already visited and some of which are now on my to do list. You can argue ad nauseam why certain landmarks were included, but others not, but the reality is that this gives a good overview of what Europe had to offer. We spent about an hour and a half there. Interesting for adults, seniors, children and grandchildren. We all get something different out of it. Good layout, nice details on buildings and some interactive displays. Some very good picture opportunities. Cafeteria for food and drink requirements. Recommended.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 12 July 2023
- Taylor SNew Smyrna Beach, Florida5 contributionsFun Way to Kill Some TimeFirst off, this area is obviously a tourist trap. Be prepared for a lot of people. Aside from that we enjoyed our time here. It's a fun way to kill an hour or two while getting some clever photos. There are a lot of families and kids, but there is a route that everyone has to follow so things flow smoothly. There is so much to see and a lot of detail. There are a few interactive features such as rotating a crank to race miniature bicyclists or yelling into a microphone to hear back "Oh la". Most of these features were geared towards kids. There's a restaurant with bathrooms and a gift shop before you exit. Overall a fun way to kill some time but very geared towards families and kids. Fun tip, you can take some great shots of the Atomium from Mini Europe.Visited July 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 26 July 2023
- Acts In FocusIasi, Romania34 contributionsNot accurateIt started out nice but... We felt like Romania's representation was very poor. Only one small building that isn't exactly an icon, not to mention that the national anthem didn't work, while all the others worked. Also, when exiting, we noticed that on the wall where all the languages were showcased the abbreviation used for Romania was "RON" while all the others had the country abbreviation. "RON"'s our currency, get your facts straight... Use "ROM" or "ROU"... I hope they are all some honest mistakes, but we felt like there's a bit of hidden xenophobia in this "Mini-Europe".Visited July 2023Written 3 August 2023

Mini Europe is an attraction we visit regularly when we make the trip to the homeland. During the pandemic it was said to have closed, but to our relief that wasn't the case. This venue provides an array of miniatures from various European countries, such as the Paris and London highlights, windmills from Kinderdijk in the Netherlands, Dover Castle, Torre de Belem from Lisbon and many many more. Being interested in crafts and architecture, we always enjoys these meticulously conceived models. Visiting the site makes for a few hours of fun filled information.

Can you imagine taking a photo in front of Big Ben and 10 minutes later in front of Eifel Tower? If you visit mini Europe, you will have the chance to "travel" around Europe just in 2-3 hours. Very impressive and a nice activity for children

After going around the model villages in Britain this is a disappointment - no character - and not very clean - not sign posted when you come of the train - some of the things did not work - i did like you could recycle your pamphlet at the end

Attraction was fine, models were perfectly ok. Had student rate combi with the Atomium.
Avoid the restaurant at all costs. Deep fried burger pattie and sub par chips for the meal deal price.
It was a slow day, but no excuse for how the burger was done (inedible crust from the fryer). Chips were edible.
Food at 'major' attractions in the UK hasn't been this bad since the 90s.

A really fun, engaging and educational experience at Mini Europe.
There are so many models of Europe’s finest monuments and buildings, which contain so much real life detail.
The cafe on site is good for lunch and the information booklet provided is really informative.
Would highly recommend.

Regardless your age, this park is a must visit if you're in Brussels. Open daily fro 9:30 am - 18 pm (July-August until 20 pm), not cheap - 19 euros but worth each pennies. Mini-Europe sharing a park with the Atomium and has more than 350 mini models of the best sights such as Venice's canals, Big Ben, the Eiffel Tower and many more. I really liked that not only world-famous attractions are presented here, but also villages, individual buildings such as Trulli (Italy) or Vesuvius - press the button and you will feel as the earth shaking under you, the noise and sounds of an erupting volcano.
When purchasing tickets, you will be given a bright, comprehensive booklet that describes each exhibit in the park. Press the buttons at each of your stops - listen to the anthem of a particular country, as well as a lot of other useful information.
Each exhibit is made with great love, precision and professionalism. It was nice to recognize familiar buildings and learn something about new places (a note to tourists for future trips). We spent more than two hours here and wanted to stay longer, but the September heat drove us away (we came to the opening). And as a pleasant end, we cooled off with drinks and delicious hamburgers in the cafe on site. I would love to visit this park a second time.

Not just a model village but an an education too. You can easily spend 2 hours wandering around the exhibit as easy model has little extra details and interactive elements.
Only slight disappointment was the restaurant would probably have given that a miss in hindsight.

This was one of the highlights of my stay in Brussels and I’d recommend you combine it with a visit to the nearby Atomium. As the name would suggest, the Mini-Europe park features intricate miniature models of famous landmarks from most EU member states. The models are very well done. As a Brit, I found it particularly amusing how they’d installed a customs border by the UK section to reflect the realities of Brexit.

Great learning experience for children, realistic recreations but not the cheapest experience. I recommend to go at summer time.

I am trying to determine your annual closure. I will be visiting you area March 21 or 22 of 2020. Are you closed until March 13 or March 31? Please advise. I am not sure if I am reading your dates correctly in the European format. Thanks. We are taking a day trip from London to Belgium and really would like to visit while there.

A presto
Hi, I am planning on a trip to Italy, Switzerland and France for 7-days. Can someone guide me on which places to go and how many days to spend in each country.

It depends on the your choice as I would prefer like 3 days in France and 2 days in Italy and 2 days in Switzerland if I have to plan 7 days.

Can the park owners please update their website’s closure date range to write out the months and days of their annual closure so the dates are 100% clear? “7/01 to 8/03” can be interpreted as July 1st thru August 3rd in many places. Thanks!

we understand that you may read the dates as in the USA.
We will see if it is easy to mention the months with letters instead with figures.
With figures, it is easier to reproduce them in the 6 languages we use.
Thank you for your mention.

Of course should I say!
Mini-Europe is a visit of +- 2 hours. You will discover a mini world full of mini stories and discoveries about the famous monuments of Europe, about the countries and about the Europeans and the European Union.
It's fun and educative. I ma sure you will enjoy it.
You can combine Mini-Europe with the Atomium.
It is situated at 15 minutes from the center by metro.

Mini-Europe

A bientôt
