Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What frustrated me was how closed off it was. Nothing really to see given how boarded up it all is. Whilst I do understand, it just makes me wonder if at least one of these could be more open and accessible to members of the public.

The King’s greenhouse is open to the public for three weeks in spring, May. It is in the grounds of the palace which are themselves beautiful and worth a visit. The green house is vdry extensive and very popular so getting there early is a good idea. There is free parking opposite the palace gate and entry is only a couple of euros. There is quite a lot of walking and steps to do the whole area but it is worth seeing even if you can’t manage the steps. Some of the rooms are quite grand and the King uses them for receptions at other times. The flowers are large and lush. You walk through long corridors with flowers both sides and often above you as well. They are clearly very well cared for and designed. There are many exotic flowers. At the end you can get morning tea in one of the beautiful rooms and a small shop with plants and some other souvenirs. Children would enjoy the gardens and ducks.

This is the residence of the royal family of Belgium. I am not sure whether the public can go inside or not, as We could not find a way in during the time of our visit, but perhaps it is open to the public only during certain times of the year. From a distance it looks really nice and I am sure it would be lovely inside as well!

Stylish but still of "human" dimension. A mixt of pompuous style and still welcoming feeling. Reflect Belgian kind and open mind.

Some reviews say this palace is open to the public and some say it isn't. I walked there after visiting the Atomium and didn't see any signs of a public entrance. Its so far away from the fence its hardly worth even taking a picture.

Information about this place is so hard to come by. We planned to spend a whole day (it was a Tuesday) in the area, starting from Eglise Notre Dame de Laeken, then the palace and Serres Royales De Laeken, and from there to the Garden of the Japanese Tower and the Garden of the Chinese Pavilion that right near it - and all of them were closed. Since we plan very carefully, I can assure you that at the time we couldn't find info telling us all of these are closed in September. Very disappointing.

This is a beautiful place to visit in Brussels. There is a fabulous garden inside and you pay only 2,5 euros to visit. The Royal garden is open in during some months only.
