Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice shopping mall. Quite a big one. Especially food court has a lot of variety of restaurants. One of the best shopping malls of Helsinki.

This place is located on top of the metro and the bus station. The mall is very stylish and modern. Most shops are mid-price segment.

My personal favorite shopping center in Helsinki. Maybe not as big as the Mall of Tripla, but it's really clear even though it's big, there's a really diverse range of stores and good transport connections. The shopping center has, among other things, a bus terminal (long- and short-distance terminals), a metro station, and several tram stops and bus stops next to it. So it's easy to come and go. There are also good signs around the shopping center. I recommend!

Not so many stres in it, it's not even crowdy, no terrace for drinking coffee outside and that's important if you're a smoker..

I tried to return shoes that my mother bought for me discounted in Muji shop, but the cashier refused to take it saying the discounted goods are not returnable.
In fact, the purchase of these shoes was done by the wrong advice from the seller. My mother asked about the size of the shoes, because the marking of the size in this shop is confusing for europeans. Seller said that it is size 42, but de facto is about two sizes more. Practically, I am a victim of seller's incompetence. Be aware of sellers incompetence.

A steady flow of customers still fills the huge shopping center as the location is so central, there is no visible loss of retailers. The slight diminution in popularity happened already some years ago when the metro extension to Matinkylä eliminated most bus connections underground. The biggest tenant Japanese Muji filling a whole floor wants to integrate with the Finnish society adding to its food selection even a pick up service for locally grown food.

This centrally located mall and transport hub was opened in 2006.
Our friends wanted to visit the Muji store. However, it was closed on Christmas Day. It was hard to find the correct opening times from the internet.
So no shopping this time but we saw the beautiful Christmas lights.

We went to the supermarket which was downstairs, it was quite nice, there are quite a few shops we never heard of, but the rest was the usual ones. It was really hard to find toilets, like they were trying to hide them or something.

If you stay near the city centre of Helsinki, you’ll very likely come here to shop groceries, sundry items, books or grab a quick bite. It’s a convenient one-stop place for you to get the necessities, as it’s right above the metro station. Otherwise there’s no good reason just to come here to shop.

The title says pretty much what I think about this kind of shopping centres... They don't really differ so much from one to another. The brand shops represented in Kamppi are more or less the same as in other with one exception, the newly opened Japanese Muji, which takes up more or less a whole floor. However, the thing that makes Kamppi different is that it's also the main bus station both for short and lang haul busses. The local busses are leaving from the ground floor whilst the long haul busses are leaving from the basement. Furthermore the metro station is situated underneath. Kamppi is also connected with the Forum shopping centre next door with an underground tunnel.

Sorry but I do not know the plan for next February. Nobody is selling winter clothes right now but there are many clothing shops, mainly for women but some for men.

Hi, we are entering the winter season now, the temperature is only +8. C in the morning and this will last till March. The beginning of the year is a good period to buy winter clothes in Finland, the seasonal items will be sold reduced.
