Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The bishop’s palace is among the oldest buildings in the city. It is mentioned even in the 11th century as the fortified residence that was later converted to a mansion. It was restored in the last century to preserve its Gothic-Renaissance appearance and to host a museum. Located at the Piazza del Duomo, it is one of the most interesting building well worth the attention.

The Palazzo dei Vescovi was built in the 14th century and it retained its medieval look although its facade seemed to lose most of its decorations judging by the remains of the white-and-grey alternating marble bands. It's a museum nowadays but it was too late and it was closed.

Unfortunately when I tried to visit I was informed that visits are guided tours only and at that moment they were experiencing a technical problem so the guided tour was being skipped. This could be sorted out better through the use of Audio Guides. However I cannot comment on the actual museum as I did not had time to visit due to the problem mentioned above.

The Palazzon can only be visited by a tour, which gives a detailed description of each room and each period of the building. Very interesting.
