What a time we had visiting the concert !!!! so soulful, peaceful and wonderful was the rhythmic crescendo of the music with the whirling dervishes that I could understand the lines of W B Yeats in its full measure : O body swayed to music, O brightening glance/ How can we know the dancer from the dance !!!!!

This is a one hour performance of mystical music and whirling dance. The show begins with 30 minutes of music followed by an exhibition of whirling dancers. They spin for most of 30 minutes without losing balance or missing a step. It is mesmerising. This show is a must see.

I wasn't as bowled over as I wanted to be by this, but I'm glad I went. It was beautiful and enchanting and a good insight in Sufism. It is authentic and sincere - no photos, please! - and the music was beautiful. I'm glad I did this on my first visit to Turkey, but I don't think I'll need to see it again.

I knew Sufi music and enjoyed its hypnotism so I really wanted to see dervish dancers whirling at the sound of this music once in my life.
I've been amazed by the ceremony! I asked to be sitting in the first row when I booked so I felt connected to the dancers. It's slow and hypnotising;it's beautiful and apaising.
I didn't feel the time passing and I didn't get bored for a second but if you are a basic tourist who just wants to take pictures, have fun and has no idea about spirituality...Please don't go there but to Disneyland!

this isn't a tourist show or a performance, so be prepared: it's a genuinely authentic, deeply felt Sufi ceremony where the musicians and dervishes are graciously allowing you to be in the room with them while they explore one of the core elements of Sufi mysticism. you will need to book in advance through their websit, and they will give you a confirmation number; go to the venue in advance to collect your tickets, and be amazed!

Hard to express some feelings but I like to point out that the experience I had about this event was highlight of my Turkey trip.
This is not a touristic event but an original ritual that represents it in a qunie way.
Strongly suggested.

thru this beautiful dance of five dancers. this is not for everyone. if you want a clear explanation of what is happening, you will not get it. this is a dance of evolution. it is a mystical journey. it is beautiful. be patient and watch what is in front - don't try to figure it out. I feel it is a must see. it is 90 minutes long.

I can't really call this a show because its not. If you're hoping for a show, you'll be disappointed as its not meant to be entertainment. But if you're looking at something spiritual and go with an open mind, you'll be transported to a beautiful place. I can't think of how else to describe this but this is definitely an experience I will not forget. A must-see as far as I'm concerned.
