Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Oh my god … I couldn’t get my eyes of all this beauty . It’s a must visit in Iran but remember it’s not open 7 days a week . Make sure it’s open on your time of travelling to Tehran . Wow wow

This is inside the central bank and very limited visit . I haven’t see so many jewelry and precious stones all in one place any where in the world . You can’t take any pictures but honestly all the wait was worth it . All these beautiful, mesmerizing and unique pieces . All the tiara , royal jewelry, the swords … oh my gif do many many things in one place . Need to go there everyday for a month to see them all . And the crown chair … no words to describe it .

The National Jewelry Museum of Iran, located in the basement of the Central Bank of Iran, is a unique and precious treasure of the most exquisite jewelry in the world.
The most valuable and most beautiful jewels in this museum are the Darya Noor Diamond (the world’s largest pink diamond), Noor-ul-Ain Diamond, Kiani Crown, Naderi Throne, Tavoos Throne, Jewel sphere, yellow, black, and red diamonds, the world’s largest spinel gemstone, etc.
We went to this museum after visiting Tehran Grand Bazaar; they are almost near to each other.
Important tips:
It is better to be accompanied by an experienced guide to get the most out of your visit (there are some step-on guides at the museum).
The National Jewelry Museum of Iran welcomes visitors only on Saturdays to Tuesdays from 14:00 to 17:00.
Children under 12 years old are not permitted to visit this museum.
Since this place has many stairs, no elevator, and no escalator, it is difficult to visit for people with physical disabilities.
Bringing any items other than the manual is prohibited, and visitors are required to hand over all their personal belongings to the museum safe before entering.
Photography is prohibited at the National Jewelry Museum of Iran. That is a pity.

I don't think so. Its more of a bank rather than a full scale museum. Even the full scale Museums in Iran are rather manual than rest of the world.

On the website states that no child under 12 yrs old is allowed! Do I have to take a passport as proof of age for my Son? Or they don't look at ID?

I don't remember having to show ID sorry, but sounds like it would be a good idea to take it.

Oi Kalinara!!! Quanto ao Metro, não saberia te responder pois devido à barreira de idioma, a minha opção foi de contratar um guia local com carro. Quanto a entrada, positivo. É preciso pagar entrada.

How you can get there? The best fast way is Metro, it is near to Ferdowsi Station .
Also you can contact me before your trip to Iran, I can help you regarding any question for the cost and prices, hotels, site sees , cities and what ever you want to know . I do it like a friend and there is no charge. Also if I have had a time , I could give you a company as a local guide just like a friend .
You are from Tehran, a tour guide, I will come and I would like the definitions of the beautiful and heritage landmarks in Tehran ok
