Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I went as a tourist guide, the best thing about this place is the diversity of bars, typical Spanish food, English bar, pizzeria, "tapas" bar, etc. with which there is a choice of different experiences and all in the same street, also there are no problem with the english language usually.

A fabulous beach town, much more Spanish than Fuengirola a couple of miles away. There most of the tourists are British. Here in Los Boliches most on holiday are from other parts of Spain.
The beaches are lovely and they're cleaned regularly. The newly renovated promenade is really smart and well used by those on holiday as well as local people.
Taking a stroll first thing in the morning or at night is wonderful. The sea is beautiful. All of the chiringuitos - the beach restaurants - have also been renovated or rebuilt. Some may argue that they've lost their charm, but they now look so shiny and new they're rather inviting.
There are so many good shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from, and the train service between Fuengirola and Malaga - with a local station at Los Boliches - is excellent.
The people of this part of world will give you a warm welcome. You won't be disappointed. We've been coming here for 20 years and we certainly hope to be back again before too long.

My husband and myself ate here 27th June. We were staying in Malaga and on the recommendation of a family member we had booked a table here for 7.30. We got the train to Los Boliches and walked a few minutes to Los Enebros. It was so convenient to the train station. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end . Great service , fabulous food , lovely wine. Very reasonable prices. We would definitely go back if we were staying near here again.

One of my favourite area's of Fuengirola is Los Boliches.
This area is just amazing ,lots of interest here ,it's got a vibe all of it's own ,lots of shopping outlets here but the big attraction for me are the amazing amount of cafés,pubs, bars and restaurants ,it's a popular haunt of ex-pats and local Spanish residents ,it's got a great beach and beachfront and is easy to get to ,walk along Paseo Maritimo Rey De Espana or jump the Renfe train to Los Boliches Railway Station which brings you into the heart of Los Boliches ,it's an area of this sun drenched resort to most definitely check out if you're planning a holiday to Fuengirola .

We always used to insist on staying in Fuengirola on our visits , but we then discovered Los Boliches which is a more traditional area, with many small tapas bars and lovely restaurants.
The area is predominantly flat and easy to navigate, and is suitable for disabled visitors to get around, the local people are very friendly and love if you try out your Spanish on them.
Well worth a visit...😀

A great place to visit. Close to Malaga (and the airport) with a regular and convenient train service. Los Boliches benefits from the train station being practically on the coast, rather than up in the hills like many other stations on this line.
