Beautiful and secretive beach.

The sea is transparent and magical here and as it is not a drive and park but rather a trek, you won't encounter crowds.

Not everyone’s cup of tea

We went late in the afternoon - our first mistake as the entire beach was in the shade. Pebbles, no sand. Very pretty but also challenging parking and steep walk to the beach. Rocks with crabs to show the kids.

Over rated beach

Lots of reviews of Sirolo beach being wonderful, really????
If you want problems with parking, a steep hill walk to get to beach from parking , a pebble beach with sun loungers on top of each other , then this is for you. And the parasols are all reserved by the week, even if they aren’t used, you will be told to move.
Parking is expensive, as is lounger and parasol hire.
We went to Porto SanGiorgio the next day, large sandy beach, €3 to park car for 24hrs, loungers half the price with facilities all down the beach. Much better and beach was half empty until 4pm when locals arrived. Do not believe the hype about so called “ perfect beaches” near Sirolo !

Crowded beach
7/2019
Well first I can just say that I am not a fan of over crowded beaches. We were here both on a weekend and also on a Monday. The weekend was really crowded and impossible to rent a chair and an umbrella. The Monday was more alright, then we got a chair. The staff on the weekend seemed less interested in customers but staff on Monday was good. You can take the bus there otherwise it is a long walk up and down the hill

If you are not a ‘beaching’ enthusiast, you will be underwhelmed
8/2018 • Perhe
Imho, and I am not a big fan of ‘beaching’, not worth the effort. It took us 15min of steep hiking down and then back up in sweltering heat. Fair enough we could have figured out the bus timings and taken the bus. We went on a Saturday and parked not far from the tourist centre anticipating no parking spots closer to the beach but while hiking seen a few spots so perhaps first try the closer parking before parking at the top of the hill. The beach was quite narrow and packed, as in barely a spot, it was too hot to walk along to a quieter stretch with the kids. Personally I find Spanish beaches quieter and no less beautiful. Everyone else around me thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The Place to be

Situated in a protected bay, spiagga urbani is a nice serviced beach. Water is cristaline (during high season only in the mornings before the sea gets busy); snorkeling offers a nice view of thr under water world with fish, mussels, plants, molusques, etc. Rent a kanue or do some stan-up paddling texploring the area.

For folks looking to find non serviced area, there is ample free beach area.

The sole small draw-back, not really too much sand (just a bit), the beach features beautiful pebbles ...

Nice beach with sand option too

The beach is small and nice for June but avoid the trap of the small La Paranza which treats children disrespectfully if sent for an ice cream

A Must for Beach Lovers
9/2017 • Kaverit
Weather was sunny and in the high 20s C, so we decided on a family outing at this beach - one of 9 beaches on the Riviera del Conero. As with most beaches on this part of the Adriatic, the beach consists of large pebbles, so wear sandals or beach shoes to walk about. Otherwise you can easily walk between the parking area, facilities and water by using the wooden walkways. Lounge chairs and umbrellas available for hire. This was a windy day, so managed to do some body surfing (crashing) - lots of fun. Public washrooms and showers at the beach, as well as a bar and snack shack.

gentle swimming environment
8/2017 • Pariskunnat
Beach tends to get crowded like most Italian non-wild beaches, but it is a friendly, family-safe environment with small free space and mostly rentable umbrellas etc. Two restaurants at beach. Bus or steep walk or drive down - two small parking lots.

Nice beach
8/2017 • Pariskunnat
Made of white pebbles and cobbles is not the most confortable place where to lay, but the limpid water and beautiful landscape and the white rocky cliffs around you are amazing and unforgettable. I recommend to see the small cave on the right part of the beach, called "il grottino" and you can go ahead along the cliff until you reach a good spot for diving (up tp 11m!). I did it twice and was great, don't miss it!
