Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice cave and very interesting. The trip with the boat on the underground river was something new. Unfortunately, guides gave explanations only in Czech. I received an explanatory leaflet in English, but it would have been much better if the guides had said a few words in English. Still worth the visit.

Caves are cold and this one is no different. It's interesting and kids love it. Stalactites and stalagmites, underwater rivers...really cool. Also really cheap entrance.

This is close to Liberec and a fascinating tourist attraction. If you are claustrophobic do not attempt as the tour is all underground and can be cramped. Caverns are well maintained and safe. Very beautiful!

Quite extensive system of caves with different kinds of stalactites and stalagmites. Maybe a route is a bit too long. Amazing surprise at the end of the route:) Another small issue - there is a pavilion with some fast food\snacks\water - but with the only one salesman and you have to queue on to buy bottle of water just because the guy before you ordered a frankfurter and salesman is cooking it. It's really worth to add the second person at least during high tourist season.

Very nice place on the north of Czech republic. You will see the underground cave system, one of the most known in our country. They have also the underground lake with very cold water. Sometimes they organize concerts on the lake.

Beautifull underground Lake and caves with rock formations, many visitors Tour in several languages. Had to wait 1 hour for the tour after buying tickets. These caves were beautifull and worth the trip - punkva caves at Blansko near Brno is much more impressive though!

We had a fantastic tour of the caves. It was great. The views of the stalactite and stalagmite formations are simply fantastic. It takes all of 45 minutes and is cold out there. The formations are great and the climax is the lake. Great!! Though we booked before we went, we were late but there was no problem. Audio is available in English.
