Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Wanda RGreenfield, WI708 contributionsWhat an amazing experience. Coming from the US we were very surprised that at this family friendly experience they were not nickle and diming the parents. Yes there is a wonderful gift shop, bakery, pumpkins and such to buy but no one is forcing you to spend your money. The pumpkins were so reasonably priced it was unbelievable. Huge ones for $6. Petting farm for the kids. Lots of playground equipment. Beautiful setting. Friendly staff. Very clean grounds. There is a charge to take the train to pick apples but that seemed very reasonable. We walked around and relaxed. Sat and had ice cream. Enjoyed the view. A totally wonderful experience.Written 2 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Yvonne BPenticton, Canada387 contributionsThis Saturday morning trip to the Penticton Market was made with my sister, her daughter and a mutual friend. We hadn’t visited this activity for several years due to Covid and other extenuating circumstances. It was exciting to visit the vendors selling everything from farm products to clothing and everything in between. A female singer entertained potential customers as they wandered among the many stalls. Mouth-watering smells drew us to the food area where there was a great variety of tasty items for purchase. Since our plans involved going out for a late lunch, we didn’t buy anything in this section but moved onto another and purchased fresh local farm fruits and vegetables. We stopped and looked at personal products including bath salts, perfumes, gels and other bathing things. A variety of jewellery, made from so many different metals, beads and stones were offered for sale. After a final look, we decided to leave for our next adventure: lunch at a new restaurant in town.Written 1 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Samuel HCalgary, Canada207 contributionsCame here on Wednesday and Saturday near the end of August. The Saturday one definitely has the most vendors. Even went to the small one on Sunday at the waterfront.
Parking is challenging if you're coming from the South side of Kelowna. The first time we went was on Wednesday and we parked at the mall across the street. The second time on Saturday we found the dirt parking lot beside the market that you can get in from the North side.
There was a good selection of vendors from alchohol, soda, honey, fruit and vegetables, crafts, food trucks and everything in between.
It was a great way to spend an hour or so wandering down the aisles taking a look at all the offerings. It can get quite crowded on Saturday's so watch out for that.Written 29 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - murmac2017Toronto, Canada162 contributionsThese folks know lavender. Culinary lavender and the tea are big favorites. The soap is beautiful. The Provençal linens are gorgeous. The new location is accessible and has all the stock of the old one. We return every year without fail.Written 13 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- AprilgirlWinnipeg, Canada296 contributionsthis is in the artist home and yard. Geert Maas does really interesting bronze work as well as acrylic, lacquer and oil painting. It was a wonderful experience viewing his work and being able to ask the artist questions. Take the time to go see this. It is very interesting.Written 27 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Charlene kaye D2 contributionsI believe the farm is family run they were ALL so welcoming and nice ! They only let certain number of people in to the farm at a time so it is not overly crowded. I suggest go early (like as soon as they open) so you don't have to wait until the group before you finish picking. I highly recommendWritten 13 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- LarryTheRadioGuyEdmonton, Canada701 contributionsWe were the only ones in the gallery, coming about an hour before closing. Enjoyed the main display that featured one artist, but found the other display of works by local highschool students even more interesting. Staff very friendly and approachable. I also want to give a pitch for their "First Friday" event which takes place the first Friday evening of each month, where local performers get to participate in an open mic to a receptive audience. Next one will be in September.Written 16 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- thatkatcalVancouver Island, Canada106 contributionsLocal fruit stand next to the orchards that source the produce. Lovely place to stop with picnic tables, ice cream, fresh produce and sometimes a fresh donut food truck across the street. Local source of fresh produce from a well established farm family. Gives you the vibe of the Okanagan - reflects the history of farming in the valley which is in danger of disappearing.Written 4 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - calgaryguyKelowna, Canada474 contributionsWe have lived in Kelowna for 10 years and this was our first visit. Shame on us.
Small galleries have a certain charm. They do not come across as imposing, as big museums do. They also present other than the masters, so are a little easier to appreciate.
This gallery met these criteria and we enjoyed our visit. The focus was on Canadian artists and some of the works were lovely and some were quirky. Not all met with our admiration, but we enjoyed being exposed to the variety. There was a separate gallery dedicated to the grizzly bear, and a third exhibit showing interviews about racism. We preferred the Canadian artists' exhibit.
We were greeted pleasantly and will be back. We concluded our Sunday afternoon with a pleasant walk along the waterfront and a coffee at an outdoor patio. Great afternoon.Written 25 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
