Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Free to enter. Beautiful old building housing invaluable documents from Spain's maritime history. The documents displayed are a very small selection of those contained in the repository and is changed over time. The second floor is beautiful with old paintings of Spanish conquistadors and officers. Need no more than an hour to cover this point of interest

We wanted to visit the museum in T February 2020 but found that it was closed for renovation. There was no information on their website about it. You may want to check before found all the way there.

We were glad we crossed the bridge into Triana to visit the ceramics museum. You can enter for free if you have your tickets from Alcazar, although not sure how soon after your Alcazar visit you would need to get here. We paid the regular entrance of €2.20 per head which was well worth it. You'll start by enjoying the downstairs where you can see the old kilns and read about them. Upstairs showcases some beautiful pieces, including an incredible tiled screen with birds, pottery, and advertisements on tiles. This was an interesting visit and we would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in ceramics.

Little special exhibition about the painter Murillo who lived here.
The staff is very helpful and they speak English. There is also a movie but this is only shown in Spanish. A map shows all the places in Seville connected to Murillo.

The fact those carriages are not too many but are beautiful and in good state of conservation, gives us time to look at them in details. So I would have been very interested with more explanations, some more panels, and not one forgotten as I could see.
It is so far from our habits nowadays, but in the same time so close to us in the time, that I would like to learn about all practices and attainments;, learn more names and know more what every cart or carriage is intended to.
Anyhaw, this museum is worth a detour, and deserves to be visited.

When you go to seville, DONT brin a car. Parking is a nightmare.
Plan to walk, or use taxi, public transport for everything.
A great walk is the River Park.
City planners have done a good job of protecting the waterfront. It is a comfortable, safe walk. Easy to stroll, great for bikes, strollers etc.
