Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Zosia BWaterloo, Belgium1,430 contributionsThe baths are small and so tucked away that they are easy to miss. The surrounding gardens are lush and d tropical and the hammam itself is well preserved. The multi lingual video and signage adds to the experience.Written 4 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lenny PTelford, UK93 contributionsGreat for sunsets and the walk from. Cala d'Or has some amazing views too, takes around 40 minutes to walk, grab a drink from the spar at the port on the way as there are no shops aroundWritten 20 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA16,858 contributionsAn entrance to the old city, an archway and path through the old city walls. It's a very gothic appearance. And this serves as a drop-off point for bus transport since vehicles have a hard time in the narrow old city streets, many of which are pedestrian only. Lots of people line up here for photographs. I think it's more interesting inside the city walls, but our cruise ship's bus dropped us off here.Written 1 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - nnmercmanCamberley, UK13,826 contributionsDriving across country form Magaluf towards Santa Ponca I saw a notice board at a junction and decided to take a closer look. Turns out these are Bronze Age ruins which were excavated in the 60s and during the dig they discovered remains of two fires with bones, pottery and bronze tools. At one time this would have been a dwelling and if you consider the timeline of around 1650BC then you’ll get some idea of how long ago we’re talking about! This is not something worth a detour but if passing then you might like to check it out.Written 3 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - OZS_ATWBudapest, Hungary3,261 contributionsIt is a beautiful small square with spectacular buildings just a few hundred meters from the marina port. La Llotja, Palma's gothic market building is one of the must-see sights anyway in this square.Written 30 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
