Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

    The caves are stunning.
I think that's a given from the previous reviews but it's hard to do justice in words or photos until you actually see it for yourself.
That is my slight issue, the seeing it and appreciating it part.
Entry is sold via time slots and each 'tour' is 1 hour culminating in a small concert by an orchestra on the lake. I was at the back of a tour, taking my time and photos and just generally meandering through but then the 'guides' get on at you to keep moving.

It made it feel rushed and hurried and spoiled it a bit for me. Its so beautiful I want to spend my time absorbing it and savouring it and I didn't feel allowed to do that.

Shame really as it just took the edge off an otherwise enthralling trip.

I would recommend it but be warned about the timescales!!

It's definitely worth a visit, went as a couple with a 2 month old baby, it's very crowded in places and you might have to wait a little to see what you want, you have a photo taken at the entrance, I guess you do feel pressure to purchase, you're told they're optional to purchase but they do give you a lot of bother until you say yes, not a problem for us since we wanted the photo anyway. Not a chance can you spend a full 8 hours here though, we ended up taking a walk down to the beach and getting some food and drink.

Platja de Muro Beach is one of the best beaches on Mallorca. It is very long and there is a gradual slope into the ocean, making it easy for kids and easy to gradually go into the water.

We did 2 walks in 1 day out of Valldemossa. Puig de teix to Puig gros. Then Mola de sa comuna - Coll de sant jordi.
Amazing but challenging. Definitely download a map. We used AllTrails app.

The beach is fantastic. You can walk for miles, all the way from the marina at the top, all the way down to Sa Muro. It’s very clean, and there are plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds – we were there in July/August and didn’t have a problem getting four beds and two umbrellas. You can reserve them online (there is a poster on the umbrella) – but only for several days in a row, and you can’t change which beds once booked. However, you can hire them as normal on a daily basis from the men who go up and down the beach, and can reserve them with him too (look for the neon stickers attached to the umbrellas to see if it’s already reserved. There’s also a small safe on the umbrella if you want to store things in there while you go for a swim. One tip – most bars right on the beach (particularly the closer to the marina) are considerably more expensive than most regular bars in the resort.

This beach is stunning as the pictures show. We had some trouble finding the gay area. If you are using the parking lot you are going to want to walk to the right. My best advice is to enter as close to Es Trenc Restaurant as you can. You will walk past the restaurant, past the drink and snack stand and about 5 min after that you will start to see more and more gays gathered. It took us so long to find, I hope that helps! The water is clear and if you find yourself in an area with a ton of spikey seaweed keep walking! It clears up.

Absolutely beautiful. A great guide who spoke superb English. More intimate than drachs caves and felt time to enjoy the spectacular caves

Worth a visit, but don't expect to see many wild animals. There are some good, fairly short, easy walks through the bush, and two very nice beaches. The beaches can be rather crowded on weekends in the summer. I read some negative vews about the restaurant, but I have been there 3 times, and found the food great, the service OK, and the prices reasonable. The situation, right on the beach, is priceless! Easy bus or car ride from Cala d'Or, and there is parking.

It's great beach but it's the only one for Cala Ratjada so it gets very busy during summer. Early morning and late afternoon/evening are the best times to go.

The beachside at Cala Millor is just so nice. There is a large expanse where you can sit on the sand and have easy access to the water or there are rocks further along if you prefer to sit on rock. There is also a place in the water for surfing as the waves come in thick and fast. There are different sunbeds that you can hire for the day or you can just take a towel. It’s totally up to you. The sun in the morning and early evening is more bearable than midday so be careful if you don’t have shade. There are plenty of eateries along the beachfront also. Cheaper if you go a couple of streets inland though

Sa Calobra is a beautiful spot and wort a visit. It is a bit difficult to get to by car, as there are some narrow roads leading to the place. However, not that difficult that it should prevent you from going there. We went with a hired car, but I am sure there are arranged tours to the place. As always, the parking is packed so you have to be patient or try to arrive early in the morning.

The attraction here is the small narrow beach in the canyon. The restaurants are no good, so there is not much more to the place than the beautiful nature. The beach it self is not sand, but round pebble. We did some snorkling there and it was ok. Generally no impressive snorkeling in Majorca. But the beach was crowded.

We had lunch at one of the "restaurants", but they are more like cafeterias. Not very good food, so suggest to bring a picknick box and enjoy it on the beach.

This is a very small botanical garden and quite pricey for the size, but it is very pretty and has a magnificent entrance and rather lovely cafe bar to sit in.

    We enjoyed

One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen… well at least from the distance. It is very worth visiting and I wouldn’t skip it on your trip but be prepared for a lot of people

The water is nice and the sand is really white. I wish to visit again

Nice beach with beautiful scenery. 5 minutes walk to the parking. Less busy than many other beaches. Nice little ice cream truck on the beach. Quiet, relaxing and spacious beach.
