Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This building is the biggest and main library of Bologna. In addition to all the usual Lindsay activities, the building interiors are very attractive and also hosts several exhibitions. The Sala della Musica or Music Hall is part of the Bologna UNESCO Bologna City of Music. We saw an exhibition on the history of popular music in Bologna.

There's also an exhibition on the history of urban development of the city with a projection show on four walls and personal testimonies.

By far the most beautiful pay of the building is the atrium that's just opens up the several floors of the library. Each floor of stranded around the rectangular of the building and opens up to the atrium with loggia like balconies.

Interesting if you are a classical music nerd but it’s a short visit! There are many manuscripts of ancient music and old instruments. Also portraits and busts of very famous composers.

This review is for the welcome center’s walking tour, which I cannot recommend. Our guide was lovely, clearly very knowledgable, and did the best she could given the circumstances, but the group size was too large, the city much too crowded and noisy, and the microphone/headset system totally inadequate. There is too much ambient noise and the guide’s microphone crackled the whole time, making it impossible to hear what she was saying. We abandoned the headsets pretty quickly and just walked around with the group so we’d know which spots to revisit later on our own. We went on a Saturday, so perhaps the tour would have been better on a less busy weekday.

This centre was just okay. First, their lunch prices were astronomical for very little options. The place was rather small and there was often not enough seats for everyone at several lectures.

Great venue for gigs and events! Very versatile, with a young and vibrant crowd. We will come back again soon.. Many thanks!
