Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was amazing experience! We played The Tomb, and we feel like a real detectives. The decorations were really good done. The staff were so polite. You definitely must try one of those games and you will definitely get back for more (exactly as we did). We will be back for the rooms we haven’t play yet!!!!😎

From booking Evasion were incredibly helpful and understanding, as my Italian is not that great! The group was for x8 twelve year olds and they had a fantastic time. I should have recorded the run down of what went on in the Escape Room as I was not in there, but Evasion communicated to me via WhatsApp when the Kids had finished.
    Highly recommend this experience!
I am going to book an Escoae Room for adults in 2024!

We really enjoyed our trip to Secret Rooms in Milano to do the Nightmare room. Our host (Miriam? I hope that’s right) was friendly & engaging - accommodating us as English visitors. Nightmare was a great interactive room with some elements we haven’t seen in an Escape Room before! Thanks for having us.

Booked back in September, on line. Talked to a member of staff on the Thursday ... Was told there was a fridge in our party room. Arrive on Monday for the party.... To discover we were in an open area, and could use the fridge downstairs...
Ordered catering... What we got seemed a bit scarse for 40euro....
But.. staff super polite, and the kids had a ball!!

Such a unique experience! We really enjoyed „Birth machine“, it’s such a crazy topic to build an escape room around, but mad machines really did soooo well. We were laughing, the riddles were amazing, the overall experience and game just perfect! 100% recommended, it’s a must for escape room lovers

    Friendly team
Parking right on spot available for free
I can just say: GO AND BOOK IT!!!

My visit in "Get Me Out" was a part of bachelors party. I found it very team building and engaging. It helped us to know each other and cooperate with a common goal.

Puzzles were non trivial and mind-boggling. Some of them required basic computer skills (really - basic ones). We had to work with each other to find all the clues and solve all the riddles.

Overall - an excelent place in Milan. I can recommend it to any group.

A good place to visit if you want to unwind or escape the heat of Milan, as we did after a cycle tour. If you have teanagers or younger kids this is a good way to spend a few (2-3) hours. It's easy to get to on the Metro, about a 5 minute walk from the nearest station.
Negatives - €8 to buy swimming hats (each), nowhere to hire towels at least none that I could find, no food allowed in and limited options available at the food bar. A very relaxed attitude to Covid-19: Social distancing was non-existent, some lifeguards and food-bar staff did not wear masks.
