Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- TWal1Canberra, Australia2,926 contributionsThis is a large open space in central Milan and it is delightful to walk around, even in the summer heat. The park has numerous paths and is well maintained. The large trees offer plenty of shade too. A pleasant place to escape the hustle and grind of Milan.Written 12 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Manuela LLuxembourg City, Luxembourg7,086 contributionsEnjoy sun and fun by a nice walk in Parco delle Cave; in summer and in winter the best way to be in the fresh air of a nice Park, with a lake, high trees; for leisure walks, so you will be inspired by the quit atmosphere.Written 30 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alexandra B212 contributionsI saw another TA reviewer had mentioned this park (which happened to be near our campsite on the outskirts of Milan) as good for trail biking; as a novice, I thought it'd be worth a go---it was perfect for my level. We enjoyed a pleasurable hour until my hubby got fed up (not interesting enough for him, but the park was much larger than he thought it would be); lots of other families were entering the park as we departing, with big picnics. It seems popular with runners, too.Written 24 September 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Thomas OzbunVicenza, Italy984 contributionsA nice park, also known as the Park of the Basilicas, due to it being behind two of the city´s main churches: the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore and that of Sant´Eustorgio. This is in fact the best place to admire the former´s beautiful romanesque chapels still standing-Written 4 December 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Giuliop PMilan, Italy39 contributionsA small Hide Park or a tale of Central Park for a walk among quite grasses and trees, without crowd. There is a small lake with turtles, man grasses for relaxing at the shadow of old trees, and for a ball or freesby or badminton play. During springtime you find many flowers and colored trees all around. Is really a peacefull corner near the Linate Airport and easy to reach with a bus from center of city. These gardens are simple and without any building except a small coffeshop. There is a small baseball field in the neighbourhood and a sport center with swimmming pool in summer, very duty.Half day well spent, sure.Written 4 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - kaffejaanaHelsinki, Finland2 contributionsBeautiful piece of environmental art in urban cityscape. There's amazing grass hill created in shape of a spiral. I'd recommend to rent a bike to experience the spiral. Many locals walk the spiral up and down as an exercise.Written 11 November 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Julia L4 contributionsThis is a lovely park for people with dogs and a place to get together with friends. There is lots of open and big areas for what ever you want to do; have a picknick, play sports or work on your tan. For dog lovers like me there's even an agility court.
