Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- otitalysanta monica61 contributionsA fantastic yoga studio. The teachers are knowledgeable. They give great adjustments and challenge your practice. The setting is fantastic. - Dana DAtlanta, GA11 contributionsI practice yoga in the US and wanted to make sure I stayed in practice while on vacation. I was so fortunate to find this studio and these people. I really cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I opted for the month-long membership as I stayed for all of May. Very affordable option. Mat rental was one euro per session - again, great. The greeting I received when I went to the studio was warm and inclusive, and they always helped me get set up. The entrance faces the street, but the studio opens to a lovely, private green space and the doors are generally kept open. Practice always started on time, and they spoke either fluent English, or enough that I never had no problem following instruction. I also made a solid attempt to follow in Italian as that made it more fun and easier to follow with more attempts. The sessions are each unique - and challenging - but all very strongly based in beautifully guided positioning and breathing. The unifying factor was how pure this studio presents yoga - the focus was not just physical positioning, but a dive into filling yourself - with breath, purpose, centeredness, calm, strength ... The instructors were each fantastic ... professional, embracing, knowledgeable, supportive. I've practiced yoga for over 20 years, and I would say this is my very favorite experience of all.Written 6 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ciaochristyFlorence, Italy27 contributionsI am so glad I found Radici Yoga in Florence! They have many different types of yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Pre/Post Natal, Hatha) and a great schedule. The studio is always clean and peaceful, which is such a nice retreat from a busy little city. I have taken several types of classes, and have really enjoyed all the teachers and their approach to teaching in both English and Italian. I highly suggest going if you are living in Florence or even visiting for your holidays!Written 16 September 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - li0nheart777Florence, Italy1 contributionUnique, tranquil and serene place where courses on the breath and meditation are taught in both Italian and English, beautifully called the Happiness Program. Practical and experiential courses, one feels the immediate impact of wellbeing. A place with inspiring teachers and participant. There are yoga classes as well. Highly recommended.Written 23 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ItalianFlexitarianOxford, UK76 contributionsCosy yoga studio in the very centre of Florence. The teachers are mostly Americans or English speaking. You flow fast through the asanas and the practice is very enjoyable. Not recommended for beginners, the asanas are not very well explained by the teachers and the support is very little when the class is crowded.Written 31 January 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
