Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- tmazionsmithSaint Paul, MN378 contributionsI am a fan of illuminated manuscripts, so this was a must-visit place for me when in Brussels. The presentation is well done, though it seemed as though it was geared maybe toward school groups rather than individual adults. Luckily, we were there was only 1 group was present, so we had much of the museum all to ourselves. It took us about 2 hours to go through everything.Written 31 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Liljana DSkopje, Republic of North Macedonia54 contributionsThe concert venue is okay. However, depending on the artist performing it can get crowded very quickly and there is not enough ventilation for those cases.Written 23 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - giulietta429Brussels, Belgium1,912 contributionsThe concert (The Dire Straits Experience) was great, though our seats were not fantastic (too high up Balcony I). I have been to this venue several times and generally like it (and love the central location). But as others have noted, charging for the toilet is absurd. And at this particular concert, it was extremely hot. Even though it was only May, a very warm day and a fully packed venue - I would be surprised if no one got sick.
Also, their website needs to have info on views from different seats. Many venues do.Written 30 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
