Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fun and educational activity in Heraklion.

Grigoris is super knowledgeable about chemistry and made the whole process a breeze (I tried it at home later, it was much harder without him).

Grigoris started with a quick intro on the chemistry behind the process of saponifcation and a little speech on the history of soapmaking. Afterwards he taught us how to make the actual soap.

While we waited for the soap to set he even brought out traditional Cretan tea and snacks.

This was a great change of pace from our schedule of 2 museums a day.

The class was great. The teacher was very helpful. We learnt so much more than we anticipated. A short introduction to crete style pottery and also about the special crete clays that exist here. Being at the wheel was an amazing experience but especially with such a patient and enthusiastic teacher with you every step of the way. We have signed our pieces and paid a small fee for our postage for the safe return of our special items we made.

What an experience. Thanks so much for this.

Axel was INCREDIBLE to work with! I ended up hiring another professional who helped me with a dress and she brought her own photographer as well. They all worked together seamlessly to give me the 10 year wedding anniversary photos of my dreams. Having a drone included in photos will completely change them in every way! Trust me when I tell you that you will be so thankful you hired him!

We spent a wonderful couple of hours with our guide captivated by the myths and history of the Minoan civilization and the palace of Knossos (😉)
