Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- LizofLewesLewes, UK86 contributionsWe didn't spend long at Star Beach. Looked great for teenagers though. It was free to enter and then you pay for the basics - hire of sunbeds, food, etc - and it felt like then you could use the pools and slides.Written 3 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - laurac65Yeovil, somerset12 contributionsI contacted the waterpark direct to see if it was open as it was end of season and our Rep implied that they had closed early. They were still open and rang me back to confirm they would arrange a car to transport us to/from the waterpark. They were super efficient to deal with on the phone and very helpful. The car transport was on-time and very nice. The waterpark works on a cashless system which is very handy. There aren't masses of slides , so being quiet we got through them pretty quick - the biggest issue was getting hold of a ring as people were hanging onto them and this limited the availability for everyone else. It was ok though and didn't hugely affect our day. It was a nice clean waterpark , worth a visit if you like slides.Written 8 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Henk VStalis, Greece10 contributionsIt is almost a secret, nobody could inform us about the Labyrinth park.
And that’s a shame.
We had a wonderful day at the park: In the labyrinth, the escape-room, etc.
The park is not very big, the hosts are great and the atmosphere is great.
We highly recommend the park, for adults and children.

We managed to get food with our booking and it was actually really nice we had chicken rice and a lovely Greek salad and an ice cream, all covered within our booking. Slides were fun but beware of the blue old one near the rubber ring ones, we went on it and could not see from water spraying up and our nose blocked, it was scary we could not see a thing😂 Besides that very good and enjoyable experienceWritten 15 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anoniem4 contributionsWe found the Greek Mythology Theme Park an unexpected and highly enjoyable surprise, right next to the Psychro mountaintop where you can visit the cave where (supposedly) the Greek chief god Zeus was raised.
The theme park is amazingly well done, with beautiful crafted structures that reflect all the ancient Greek myths and deities, accompanied by a very informative audio tour available in several languages. From this you will learn a lot about ancient Greek culture, symbology and philosophy, and also have a very enjoyable experience at the same time!
All the large and colored artwork is of very high quality and pleasant to watch and listen to. After you have completed the tour, you will also find some great gifts within the themes of these Greek myths, as well as have an opportunity for a few drinks. The theme park was certainly one of the highlights of our Crete trip!Written 6 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We had a lovely time tho and the 5D cinema was fun. We visited on the last day of the season so not everything was available. The models moved and had sound effects and there were lots of areas for small children to play.Written 2 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chris E11 contributionsWe visited the water park with our 6 and 10 year old. I’d describe the park as vintage which had some charm. Yes one of the slides was built in 1993 but so what? This can be easily forgiven as the slides and surroundings were fine. The good bits first... our kids have never been to a water park, you only know what you know.... it was the best day of the holiday for them and the were able to go on all of the slides. We thought it was clean and were not bothered by wasps etc. The lifeguards were on the whole attentive and kept people safe especially the little ones. Food was not too expensive and what I’d expect from a water park, so not bad.... the wait for slides was fairly quick (10 mins) which was a plus (shame about people pushing in). We love visiting Greece and it seems on the whole being friendly is a national hobby. This little park has loads of charm and I felt it would be excellent but was let down by the attitude / ethic of some employees at the bar / food areas (main area seemed good from what I saw), we went to smaller area and it felt like too much trouble for staff to come and take an order, food was good enough, however when it did come we then had to ask 3 times to pay despite being told someone would come over, it was not busy so not understaffed and had to challenge when short changed by a young woman at the till who was playing on her mobile. Shame for the owner as had a sense some people not trying to do a good job and did wonder if it was because we were not locals, which is fine however I wonder if the park would cope without tourists? Perhaps this could be made a feature and have a ‘Karen’s’ themed diner area, go there to be ignored, short changed and treated like you are too much trouble. Lifeguards were very good, it was though a shame when some people were pushing in, not just teens / kids but families without any challenge... hard explaining to our kids why they were OK to do this. Don’t expect brand new slides,m but that said overall a good experience for the kids, the kids loved it why this is 3 stars 🌟Written 21 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Keli LLondon, UK4 contributionsI went to my Cretan Experience on 9/9/20. The tour guide was very professional and kind. We went through different screens each one explaining amazing aspects and facts of the Minoan Culture. The most satisfying time was the 9D experience when you really feel flying above the palace, watching how life flew back then. Incredibly amazing and overwhelming for me. I left on happy and nostalgic tears.
I highly recommend it. Especially friends and families will have a good fun.Written 10 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. She had a great time; the instructor was nice, and we got some cute photos. It was just long enough to be interesting and memorable. It was conveniently located at a fun waterpark resort.Written 6 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - VanessaEllBel2 contributionsPerfect, not too small, not too big, very clean, friendly staff, free entrance if you only use the toddler's pool which is quite big, you can watch your kids while sitting and having a drink. We had lots of fun with our 5 year old daughter. 3 sorts of glides and 5 in total. Not too crowded so we could also relax. Don't hesitate to come!Written 21 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Monique ASweden196 contributionsWe took our little one there for the jumping castles and the go-karts. The jumping castle was 5 euro and they get an armband to jump as much as they want. The go-karts cost 1 euro per turn and are electric cars that just drive. The kiddies can steer. there are arcade games here and for the smaller kids, there is a large play area. The service at the bar was ok, but the food didn't look so appetizing so we ate somewhere else.Written 26 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
