Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a wonderful time at les arts turcs, we took part in the traditional Turkish printing workshop, and it was by far the highlight of our trip to Istanbul, the master artist Mr fikret was phenomenal, he was such a kind, gentle soul with a real passion for his work. He helped us create a number of prints that we will proudly display in our home when we are back. I would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Istanbul. You will not regret it!

As a little bonus, his cat Charlie was the absolute cutest!

The museum is definitely worth a visit!
It is not the best modern art exhibition I have seen but has a couple of very nice artworks.
The building itself is very beautiful, and entry was free.
The cafeteria has fine food and is decently cheap.
Overall it is a very nice museum!

    Secret art heaven
WoW! The fabulous space to visit in the heart of city. It is art gallery, library, bookstore, rooftop garden, movie theater... if you have time and want to escape from city noise go there to relax

When visiting Sultanahmet area, stop to meet someone who is not like every other shop. Kind, caring and won’t push anything. And his wares are beautiful as well!! He even arranged lunch and gave advice. Feels like visiting a friend (not just another tourist being overcharged ;). Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience and your welcoming nature!

What a cool center we came upon during a free walking tour. Very cool history and art. It is a good way to immerse yourself in a little more than just looking at things! Really enjoyed Josh! As we came during almost close and he welcomed us and treated us like friends. It’s a great learning center behind the Sophia that everyone should check out!!!

Amazing little antique/art store, I found a few art pieces from a Turkish artist for my wife’s anniversary. They were great on negotiation and helpful in every aspect.

    Turkish Glass School
I have visited the Glass Furnace first time as a art glass collector . This is a great place to visit as a student of glass crafts! They have a good program for learning glass blowing, flame working, fused glass, kiln casting and more

Took a while to find, in a very trendy and arty offshoot of Galatea, but well worth the effort. Local glass blowing facility, which is operational in the coolers seasons. They display unique pieces which can be purchased, and a great place to buy traditional Turkish Çesmi Bülbül glass products at excellent prices. Very friendly staff. Very impressed.
