Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is such a beautiful place hidden in the Grand Canyon. It is worth the climb down the ladders and chains along the canyon wall.

DON’T RENT THE PACK MULES AND HORSES!!!!!!!!!!

This was an amazing experience and some of the most beautiful waterfalls I’ve ever seen! Great hiking and wonderful to do with family and friends.
However, my heart broke to see the lack mules and horses in the shape they are in. They are horrendously underfed and abused. If I had known how they were treated I would have NOT rented one!! Please use the helicopters for your gear. We are part of the problem if hikers continue to use these poor precious animals.
Evil happens is when good people don’t intervene.

DON’T USE THE PACK MULES and HORSES!!!!

These are by far the smallest set of falls. But again, I ran in to no one when I was down there! The colors are gorgeous from the teal water to the green algae.

We actually went to Supai October 2019. It was an amazing experience. The land is beautiful. It was a look into how the indigenous people live. The animals could use some extra care and help. Overall I am still amazed that I had the opportunity to visit this amazing place.

It was interesting to see some of the lodging examples, and learn a bit about their history.
There were also some tribal members demonstrating native songs and dance.
Being somewhat cold outside, unfortunately, very few people were observing the perfomance.
Note: this part of the west rim experience was not very well advertised (at least, not to us). If we had not taken the elevator exit from the skywalk; we would not have heard the singing, and walked over to explore its source.

This was a gorgeous set of falls because there wasnt another person back there!!!
There is a little outlet to the falls that u can run and jump into. Or just hang out for the day. U can see and hear the falls but be far enough away from the breeze and mist from the falls!

This visit of our six to Supai, the Supai workers at the hut were the friendliest ever ! The view of the valley is spectacular. Since the internet mhelped with popularity & the falls becoming more spectacular it has made parking quite the challenge, There is not much flat area to park so ALL do the best we can..
