Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Perfect location on the roof of the hotel. 25meters from the beach and a great place to watch the sunset with a cocktail to hand

Today we were fortunate to visit La Cochera for the Sunday afternoon live music.....normally starts around 4pm but today much later....and heard the excellent band Little Less. Great music, brilliant atmosphere.it was rocking.

If you need you winter Sunday afternoon brightened up then a couple of hours in La Cochera with some great music will do the trick.

No food, no tapas, just drinks so dont go hungry.

Without any doubt the best place to chill in La Herradura.
Not only because of the fab views of the bay but due the the professionalism of the owner.
Lovely retro romantic style inside and out.
    Jazzy chilling background music.
The better wines served and the nachos tapas offered are amazing.
Luciano will make young and old feel like a king.
    Very reasonable prices too.

Chilled bar in a great location on a trendy square, the bar was busy with a mix of locals, but the service was attentive.

A very modern, stylish bar at the 'smart' end of La Herradura beach and a perfect place for a late-afternoon/early evening cocktail. Not the cheapest drinks on the seafront but most enjoyable to sit and watch the world go by. It was quiet on the first day of October but I'm sure this is a rocking joint in high season!

    Well where do I start,

4 of us went in to watch a football match and everything seemed ok. Although the bar was a little grubby and completely empty. It wasn't somewhere we'd tend to go but game was on and the barman seemed pleasant enough.

I couldn't have expected what was about to happen. When asking for the bill the 'pleasant' barman wrote €86 on a scrap of paper. Knowing full well this was ridiculous, we asked for a break down of what we'd bought. He then proceeded to write on another scrap of paper, our 'consumed drinks'.

Now I'm fully aware the 4 of us, over a couple of hours on a night out, can drink a reasonable amount. But this list (bill) was something else. On trying to justify the ridiculous total he'd suggested on top of our alcoholic drinks we'd drank 10 bottles of water!! In 2hours!!

I'm sorry to say that we asked out partners to leave and it got heated. The barman, if I can call him that, had lost all our respect and apparently his ability to speak english . We'd conversed perfectly well with us until he to upon himself to rip us off.

    To summarise,

if you want a grubby Irish pub, where the staff feel the need to top up there wages by robbing the customers and ruin your evening, then this is the place.

We'd never really go in such a place when abroad as there is so much more to enjoy but unfortunately we did and we fully regret it!!!

This is a great place to visit for just a coffee/drink in the afternoon or a nice cocktail during the night. It seats in the shore,, it has a lovely cozy terrace with spectacular sea views and an indoor pub if you fancy louder music and more action. The staff is really nice and friendly
