Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- betteskidBoston, MA1,356 contributionsWe thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this place. We learned a bit about their wine production which was very interesting and had an amazing lunch with wonderful wines. This was one of the high points of our trip around Piedmont and I would definitely recommend going. The views are also really nice from the property.Written 7 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- betteskidBoston, MA1,356 contributionsWe stopped here to enjoy the view. It was a short uphill walk from the parking place in the village. The view is really amazing and well-worth the climb. Vineyards, fields and mountains in the distance. It is a nice place to take a break and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you in this part of Italy.
The small church on the way up to the Belvedere, Chiesa San Martino is also a nice place to stop if the church is open. It is a lovely village church.Written 7 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DavideZurich, Switzerland10 contributionsCappella del Barolo is an unusual Chapel located in the heart of Langhe. The building has been transformed in a colorful, small piece of modern art. The view to the vineyards on the neighbouring hills is spectacular.
The Chapel is reasonably close to the villages of Barolo and La Morra, so a quick detour is feasible. I recommend to visit during weekdays: on weekends the (non-asphalted) road leading to the Cappella is closed, and parking space is limited.Written 30 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Must be pre-booked.Written 14 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of La Morra, this cantina is a must-see destination for wine lovers looking for an authentic and memorable experience.
From the moment you set foot in Cantina La Morra, you are enveloped in a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Passion for wine and tradition are intertwined here in a unique way.
