What travellers are saying
- KindPathFinder39 contributionsGreat place for kids. Ours are two and nine. They enjoyed the dirt Cafe and making mud pies, as well as feeding the farm animals! Lots of details and fun activities. Nice shop too. We got the season passes. We only wish they were open Sundays!Written 31 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This is on a church property, keep that in mind during any potential services.Written 27 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Coastal09749253829Duncannon, PA1 contributionWonderful place to enjoy great people, various vendors, many misc. items from collectibles, antiques, clothing and the list goes on! When I was a kid my family took us to the Silver Spring Flea Market many Sundays and since they moved it to Williams Grove old amusement park I have continued the tradition with my family. At the end of the day that is the best for myself is to pass on tradition such as this. Great food, fresh produce stands and during winter time my favorite is hot apple cider with a cinnamon stick to warm up while browsing the many stands. Enjoy!Written 18 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Frank GHarrisburg, PA185 contributionsHidden gem says it all about this wonderful museum. Warmly greeted on our arrival and given a personal tour of the showroom and garage areas. No admission charge, only a $5 suggested donation. Beautiful vehicles to see, many of which were ahead of their times in technology and comfort features. It's a must see for car enthusiasts when in the Mechanicsburg area.Written 10 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GDZPAMechanicsburg, PA52 contributionsThe Oakes Museum is truly a hidden gem. We live a few miles from the museum and never knew of it's existence. It is on the grounds of Messiah College (soon to be Messiah University) and is part of the school. You won't be disappointed with a visit to this museum.Written 23 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
