Hi. Your description of the resort is accurate; it's a great place to get away, read, snorkel and sip cocktails.
The breeze is nearly constant, but rarely is it too much, unless we're having a storm. It also keeps the bugs away, although in June they aren't a problem at all. We do not have foggers here. Any time is fine to sit on your balcony or walk the beach. The beach bar is open 12-6pm, and the restaurant bar stays open until dinners have finished. There are ice chests in the palapas, and mini-refrigerators in the hotel rooms for beverage storage. We look forward to seeing you here!
We have had many guests stay with us for 2 to 3 weeks, on an annual basis. I think it just depends on what level of relaxation you can handle! Hopefully other guests will have an opinion and will answer your question, too.
You'll need to check the costs to fly to either STT or EIS from your location to see what's cheapest. From either of those airports you can fly with V.I. Airlink to Anegada, or from EIS you can take a the Anegada Express ferry to Anegada.
