Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was ok, annoying you have to trek like 50 yards around the corner at another hotel to check in, with your heavy luggage, down hill. Room key was not working and, as mentioned above reception is not close by, so cleaner had to let me into my room. You're given a code to enter the entrance, which is a little strange as there is a reception which is unmanned in the reception of this hotel. Bedroom looked clean, but later in the evening found stains on my bedding and towel. I didn't report it as I didn't see it till later and was worried they were gonna try and charge me for stained items as they had one of those prices lists. Shower gel, water and tea provided. Hotel on the main road which meant noisy but not the worse. Not a far walk to the strip, night market, though for a lone woman it's quite dark at night and the road down is poorly lit. On check out had to wait for someone to check I hadn't trashed the room before I was allowed to leave. Ok quite expensive compared to other hotels I had stayed at across my trip.

We came here to our honeymoon but the hotel is the worst I've ever been to. The receptionist is very unfriendly; the beds were dirty when we arrived I had to ask them to clen it again. There is only low water pressure in the bathroom and the water is smelly and dirty. The towels seems like it was just cutted up for small pieces... :(

One of the worst stay in my lifetime. The hotel receptionist was horrible in terms of behaviour and professionalism.I would rate it 0/10 considering the ill behaviour it has shown towards us as compared to the international hotel standards. The receptionist must go back to the school again and learn how to talk to it’s customers professionally. They deducted 500 Bhatt for checking out at 1pm instead of 12,even though I’ve shown them my mmt voucher where the checkout time mentioned was as 1 pm.I would never recommend this hotel to any friends or family considering the ill treatment we faced from the hotel receptionist.

Before I write anything, pls do note that I work in tourism and my job is mainly to inspect hotels & review them. I will categorize this review into 2 categories: Bad & Good. Let’s start with the good one: 1. Nice location next to the night market 2. Easy access to the main street along the beach which in turn gives you access to the nightlife and food. That’s it pretty much. BAD: 1. We waited 10 minutes at the reception before someone finally decided to show up to check us in. 2. Welcome ‘brief’. I felt in the army. It was like: you stay 4 nights, not allow to touch the a/c. They made sure of that by not providing you with any remote control. We asked for it and we were told that there is only one available at the hotel. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. 3. Rooms: The shower/toilet is so small. Not well built thus the water is leaking badly and when asked to come and wipe it, we were told that we do not know how to take a shower! Classy touch.... 4. Reception area.... check the attached photos. 3 more nights here to go..... 5. If you like cockroaches.... place to be. We still have 3 more nights here!

omfortable rooms with air conditioning and a private balcony are offered at iCheck inn Ao Nang Krabi. A 5-minute drive from Ao Nang Beach, it has an outdoor pool and free WiFi in all areas. Other facilities include a 24-hour front desk. iCheck inn Ao Nang Krabi is a 10-minute drive from Nopparat Thara Pier. It is a 30-minute ride from Krabi Town, Klong Muang and Tabkaak Beach. Krabi International Airport is a 35-minute ride away. Bright and airy rooms are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV, a safety box and an electric kettle. Featuring shower facilities, en suite bathrooms come with a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy breakfast or drinks during the day or evening at the Chill in Bar & Restaurant, where a kid's corner is available. There are also local restaurants located within a 5-minute walk from the property. This is our guests' favourite part of Ao Nang Beach, according to independent reviews. Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 8.1 for a two-person trip. We speak your language!

We are group of 3 family booked the hotel via booking.com for 3 night stay from 21st to 24th Oct. 1. The pictures of the hotel at site For icheckin and in actual is totally different and misleading. 2. Icheckin is closed and shifted to near by hotel called Glow. The behaviors of the staff is extremely poor and behaving as if they are offering to stay for free. 3. we have asked to changed the room for one family as with a small kid but manager took the advantage of the situtation. Manager says they dont have policy for extra bed and will upgrade with 50usd per night. 4. Breakfast for kids not included and charged 200thb per kids. 5. option for breakfast is not wide like Ramada. 6. just for information, prior to reaching krabi we were at Ramada at Phuket. if wr rate Ramada as 10 of 10, this will be 2/10.

I was here for 3 days... There is NO LIFT... My room was on the 4th floor n they didn't have any staff to shift my luggage to my room... You will have to carry all your luggage on your own to your room (on which ever floor it is), the pool in our building was so small that no one was swimming... For breakfast we had to go to the another building of the same hotel where there was few tables n chairs, due to which people keep on waiting for a table to get empty n it was like run to occupy a table aa soon as it gets empty... n in this waiting process may be u get the table only when there is 10-15mins remaining for breakfast timing to be closed n half of the items are already finished. The tea, coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby provides an extremely poor quality coffee n tea, and the hot chocolate was always out of stock. The balcony railing was broken from one corner which could have led to an accident but was fixed after complaining. This shows there lack of maintainance. Before handing over the room to any guest they don't even check the room properly. The reception staffs where good.

Was disappointed with our stay the staff were very rude and unhelpful. We were also charged for hidden extras. Rooms weren't that clean and very noisy so hard to sleep. You also have to carry your own luggage up the stairs. Great location

Worst place to stay. No lift, AC is set to 22 degree and cannot be changed. They have given me 403 room and no one will help you to shift your luggage.once you enter the room came to know that AC is not working. AC will be on but I was sweating like hell. When called the engineer, he roamed in the room here and there and said that I don't know why AC is not working. Receptionist will disconnect your call when asked to change the room. I don't want anyone to suffer like me. So people please stay away to this place.Dont ever and never think of staying at this disasterous hotel. My complete day plans have been spoiled. I dint even had a chance to go out for City tour.
