I have been to this small family run B&B before and me coming back to it after 3 years is a testament for my enjoyment. This us a no-frill B&B with great host Fausto who contact you before you even arrive to make arrangement for your car parking and to insure everything a smooth arrival and check in. The room itself is small and cute but the attic style wooden ceiling renders half or the room hard to use cause you have to mind the low ceiling there. That said, I think there are bigger rooms for couples and I was alone so there www no issues. The bathroom is small but well equipped and the room overall has everything one needs for short stay even a mini fridge. The breakfast is basic: baked goods, coffee, tea, milk, juice, cheese, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, jam, and cold cuts (which I don't eat so I can't judge). Breakfast is served in the apartment where all guests eat in on table which add to the intimacy of the place. Overall the service is great, location is spot on, and the price is excellent. I will surly comeback again if I visited Chioggia.

After a little difficulty finding the B&B we rang Fausto (owner) who came to greet us after around 5 minutes. He was very helpful and gave us some advice on where to eat (and where to avoid). He also explained to us about the travel cards which saved us money on a day trip to Venice. The flat was modern and looked like it has been recently refurbished. There are 3 rooms and a communal table for breakfast, though we didn't see any other guests during our stay. Fausto provides fresh locally sourced breads and croissants for breakfast and you can help yourself to tea and coffee. There is parking provided for free although you do need to obtain a pass from the owner and it is a short walk away. We parked nearby to load and unload the car and then parked it up for the duration of our stay, you do not really need a car in and around Chioggia and the boat to Venice is probably quicker and cheaper than driving. To check out we had to go to the hotel owned by Fausto's family which was a 5 minute walk away. We tried to pay by card for our stay but were told "cash only" There was a bank right next door so this wasn't too much of an issue but I had to pay commission. If I had known this in advance I would have taken more money in the first place. All in all we had a lovely stay, would recommend.

We stayed there for three nights, and had a very nice stay! The flat is modern, clean and well equiped. Each room has its own stylish bathroom. The host was friendly and service-minded. The restaurants he suggested were excellent! We liked the area and the nabourhood, and it is possible to go by boat/bus to Venice, if you want.
