I bought a carpet at this hotel and paid $US300.00 by visa to the hotel and the remainder in cash on October 26 this year. The carpet was to be mailed to me but I have recieved no information about my purchase, whether or not it was mailed and when. I have emailed the hotel and got no reply. How can I find out what has happened to the carpet I paid for?

Usage of indoor and outdoor pools, wi-fi, sauna and gym are included to room rate. For using these facilities there won't be any extra charge for all in house guests.
