Located in center of Tehran the house is in walking distance (3-4 minutes) from two main metro stations (Mofateh & Haft-e Tir) of metro line one. Several cafes, a big mall (Yas Market) and a cinema are in walking distance. Most of the attractions are easily accessible using metro line one. Our guesthouse is a fully-renovated old house with thick walls that keeps the building cool during summer and warm in winter. It reconciles between having privacy and the experience of living in a hospitable Iranian family. From the entrance door you see the beautiful yard and terrace which will soon be a lovely traditional teahouse. Fire extinguishing system guarantees the safety and on-site staff are always available. We provide families, couples and backpackers with valuable information and travel plan help. All the staff speak fluent English and go out of their ways to solve any problem you might have. Our priority is to make everlasting friendships and help each other.

This place became one of my favourite places in Iran, as I was super impressed with the hospitality of Iran cosy Cafe. Grandpa is soooo knowledgeable person, I enjoyed the intellectual conversations with her. It made my stay memorable in Iran. Moreover, the cafe was so cool and everything thing there had a meaning. Such a wonderful experience. I would like to come back to Iran cosy cafe. Regards Rahul Lots of love 💕 from India Daste Shoma Dard Nakhone..

If you are looking for an easy, personal and cosy stay in Tehran - this is your place! It+s super central, everyone who is working there is extremely friendly, and the owners are kind, approachable, and helpful in navigating the sometimes difficult experience that is travelling in Iran as a foreigner. Communication before the trip was easy and smooth. The owners were incredibly helpful with any practical difficulty throughout my stay there such as buying a VPN address, exchanging money, getting cabs, finding stuff to do, and leaving my luggage when I went on a trip to another town for a few days. Everyone is relaxed and open for a chat and for any question. We really became friends, and I'll definitely come back!

We vistited Iran Cozy Hostel in July and we stayed there two nights at the beginning of our one-month trip around Iran. Our host was very helpful. He arranged us phone cards, prepared delicious omlet. He also had very interesting conversations about history with him. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was outside the room. I definately recommend this place.

This hostel has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff make you feel like its a home away from home. There is homemade food including traditional iranian breakfast and great coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is very pleasant to spend time in especially in summer.

Iran Cozy Hostel was the first place that received us in Iran! It’s a familiar business and we loved it. The family that runs the hostel are all very kind and will help you with anything that you need. Plus they have really good coffee, chai, cakes and breakfast! Thank you so much for hosting us and see you next time!

Hello. It was my first experience of traveling alone, and I was very stressed. The hostel was like home for me. Every day when I went out, the house was waiting for me when I returned, full of light and warmth. I can't wait to go to them again

We had a very warm welcome by Kami and his Dad, which felt very good. They really pampered us! We stayed in a 6-bed dorm room that was very clean. All beds had 2 big, lockable drawers and very-very quality mattresses. The shared bathroom and toilet were superbly clean. We only stayed in Cozy for 1 night, but thanks to Kami, Dad and their family and staff this small time went by exceptionally well - they really are very friendly and open-minded. For me, Dad's farewell ceremony was the cherry on top: this kind, Islamic-rooted gesture made me think how well they manage their background, their roots, and how good an advertisement Cozy Hostel would be for the whole of Iran :)
