Royal Inka Pisac is one of the wonders of the Sacred Valley. Built in the sixteenth century, was the farmhouse of the Figueroa family, which also built at that time the chapel of the Virgen del Carmen, giving Cultural Religious value to our property , retaining the original buildings in different wings of our hotel. The legacy left by the Incas in Pisac, is worthy of admiration in all its glory. Pisac is one of the three strategic points that the Incas left us, all of them aligned to the South .. These monumental ruins creating an atmosphere of peace that leads to meditation and tranquility. The Royal Inka Pisac is only 35 minutes from the city of Cusco. Our hotel Royal Inka Pisac, has a private club to which passengers can enter and enjoy our indoor pool, tennis courts, racquetball, soccer, volleyball, bungalows, restaurant, trout farm, basketball, and also can enjoy our Champion Soccer Team Sub Sub 13 , sponsored by Mr. Efrain Aller.

Disappointed. I went with my family and my little baby, My room was in the middle of a school trip, 20 child at least , so all the kids made noise with screams and plays at night. The breakfast is not the best, but lunch dishes are better. Jacuzzi, spa and massage weren t working. People who work at the hotel were very kind and proactive. They helped us keeping our baby milk and give us a baby crip. Room design are poor because is dark with white light, bathroom has a big fan to get out the air and is noisy.

I really like visiting for the spa and jacuzzi, but TWICE now I have had a man walk into the women’s changing rooms while I’m there. This is a serious security and privacy issue, and when I spoke to staff members they gave an excuse for the men to do what they do because they were looking for their wives. Men do not need to enter the women’s change rooms under any circumstance. I wrote an email to the hotel in regards to this issue and no response. I do not feel safe entering this facility anymore.

First thing you should know is that this hotel is about a 13 minute walk to central Pisac. The facility is a resort (sort of) that has tennis, spa, pools and other facilities that I did not use. There are parts of the hotel that are very old as this was a colonial hacienda. The rest of the hotel is a sort of rambling assembly of new hotel wings. My room was quite basic, but did the job. Good heat if you need it, the water is hot and runs freely, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and do not mind walking or taking a tuk-tuk into town. Service was excellent and everyone who works at the hotel is professional and friendly.

Came to this hotel with high hopes for reviews and YouTube videos. Was completely and utterly disappointed by the service and staff. Room was dirty and included no amenities. Lunch was also disappointing and overpriced. When I decided to go to the pool I had the surprise of freezing water and no service personal anywhere to be found.

I was at the international women's convention at the Royal Inka Hotel with 550 participants. It was an enormous task for the crew to do the catering. They were working from morning till night and always in a friendly and helpful way. Special thanks to Walter Paulino. The rooms are huge, big comfy beds. Would recommend for families with kids, there is a big pool, too.and lots of playground. Food is good, considering the masses. Probably better when there are less guests around.

Save your money and time, there are much better hotels in Pisac and the female manager is rude, elite, treats staff terrible and should be fired. The hotel is run down and while they advertise many amenities, they are only available when there are many guests (which is rare) and everything is for an expensive extra charge. They lost our reservation so when we arrived late to check in after hiking Machupicchu, we had to wait hours even though I asked to just pay cash and figure out the booking in the morning. They advertise hot water but it takes an hour to heat up. It is way overpriced given the rooms are dated, very basic, dark and no WiFi in the rooms! The food is terrible and two of my kids three up daily. There were ants everywhere in the room and I was told “they aren’t dangerous”, wow. It gets worse!! My kids accidentally packed a pillow and some towel and the crazy manager lady accused us of stealing even though we searched the bags, found it and returned it. Even then the crazy lady threatened to call the police and make us stay (and miss our flight) all the while my young kids are apologizing for the mistake and crying. There are so many wonderful people in Peru and it is so sad that this women could run a place like this. I’m going to report her but who knows how long she will last so be careful!

Only stayed one night in order to explore the Pisac Ruins and this hotel was ideally placed. Rooms were big and clean although fairly basic. Staff were all very helpful and the restaurant served very good food with excellent service. We used the big hotel jacuzzi after a long days trekking which help sooth the aching legs.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night early March, Room was pretty good, lack of a view with a larger window but comfortable. Hotel itself was great, excellent amenities and a surprising like Mini Olympic village amentities, seemingly out of context with the town of Pisac. The indoor pool was in maintenance so the we had to use the "outdoor" pool which was covered next to the amazing soccer field which was next to the tennis courts, bungalows and who knows what else. Like they could handle a picnic for 500 people and keep everyone entertained...... Grounds were well kept and the location at the foothills of the mountains in the area was spectacular. Did I mention the theater like a real movie theater that can handle 30-50 people - yes quite interesting Staff was very attentive and the assistant manger was especially helpful as he spoke quite a bit of english. Recommend this hotel highly especially if you have a large group

I stayed at the Royal Inka Hotel during a medical mission trip. It can be difficult catering to the needs of a group of 30+, but the hotel and the staff did so above and beyond. They were always willing to help and answered every question we had about the area. The manager, Carlos, was the first face we saw early in the morning and at the end of each night, making sure everyone was happy. I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of the world!

I would live here if they would let me. I was here for a week for business. The manager, Carlos, went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. Paulino showed us around Pisac. I cant say enough great things about this place and the people running it!
