We have just returned from an amazing 14 night holiday at the Suhan360!
We booked a standard Sea-view room with the Ultra All Inclusive package included. The Hotel has sunset and sea views to die for, you could spend a whole evening just sat on your balcony, the sunset was incredible.

From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They work extremely hard to ensure that each guest is looked after to a high quality level. This certainly made our holiday perfect.
Filiz…what can we say, what an absolute diamond, she works nonstop looking after everyone, and the lovely Aylin on the salad bar, all so professional and attentive and cannot do enough for you. All staff, even the security guard at the hotel entrance (who insisted on lifting the barrier for us to walk under, which had us giggling each time) have the same friendly approach. All an absolute credit to the Hotel.

This is one of the only hotels I have been to where you are left alone to relax. The cocktails and varieties of them were excellent and very enjoyable!

The food at each service was of high quality with lots of choice. Due to covid restrictions, food is being served to you by the chefs, no problem at all, this gave you the opportunity to say hello each day to them. (Even for the picky eater who refuses to try different foods and is never happy and would probably usually be holidaying in Benidorm and wants to eat burger and chips everyday, then result, they are served daily, but you will probably still find something to complain about)

The room was very spacious, probably the biggest room we've ever stayed in, it was clean and well equipped with fresh towels and bottles of water in your fridge daily.

There are plenty of sunbeds available no matter what time you visited the pool and never any need to reserve.

I cannot fault the hotel at all and would thoroughly recommend this Hotel.
Thank you all for a wonderful holiday

I would rate this hotel 3 stars maximum. Possibly the worst all inclusive we have ever been to as the food was the same everyday and no options for breakfast just plain omlette and sometimes pancakes NO toast or fried egg or any sort of fry up. British people will hate the food! The exact same dinner everyday lamb stew and some chicken dishes all food was terrible we paid for all inclusive and we did not use it we preffered to spend money and eat out as the food was that bad! The pool area was very nice with nice views of kusadasi. The room was okay but lots of large bugs red and black ones found inside room. The hotel in some places smelled like sewers ocasionally could smell this in our room. We had to call the technician several times as wen we arrived none of the electricity or ac worked and our shower leaked everyday into our room. There is a private beach 15 minutes from hotel however did not have sand just sea so we did not use it as rocks really hurt your feet and the shuttle only takes you once a day at 10am and return 2pm and you have to pay for all drinks etc there. The reception staff were very unhelpdul and would only give us 1 key between two for a room. Mehmet behind the bar was very nice and always made drinks quick. The private shisha in hotel was extremely expensive 130lira for one shisha and the boy took an hour to make it. Very dissapointed as all other all inclusives in turkey have been of a very high standard!!

We recently stayed at Suhan 360 for 3 nights on an all inclusive plan and booked a swim up room. We found the staff to be very pleasant and polite however we did encounter a few issues on our stay.
The food was pretty poor, you’d be safe if you just stuck to the potatoes and rice! We found the meat options almost inedible and the salad was going brown and wilting as our stay went on. The variety wasn’t the problem, it was the quality of the food so you find yourself having the same “safe” options everyday. We saw the owners on a couple of occasions around meal times and we smiled at them to be friendly but they just looked us up and down.
They seemed to be quite rude to their staff, who were running about after them and everyone else.
The corridors for them swim up rooms level were dated and very dark, something out of a horror film. The carpets for instance were extremely dirty.
The room itself was okay and the shower was very nice.
The swim up option in our opinion is not worth it when even guests who haven’t got a swim up room can use your “part” of the pool by accessing the pool on the opposite side of your room. There are also stairs leading down from the rooms above yours meaning that guests above you can walk down onto your patio and access the pool.
The pool bar connected to the swim up pool was not open on our stay so instead we ordered room service to bring our free cocktails down. You have a choice of 5. We were shocked to learn that those “free” cocktails now had to be paid for, just because the staff had to bring it downstairs. We felt that this was unfair considering the pool bar was closed.
We only had entertainment on the last night and even then it went on only for around 20 minutes. There is a pool table and table tennis table downstairs opposite the spa but the room that it is in again is very dated and clearly doesn’t get cleaned as there were empty glasses laying around including a couple with mould.
All in all, we would not return to this hotel for the reasons stated and there most likely will be far better options nearby. The only saving grace is that the staff are really pleasant.

We stayed at hotel Suhan from end of May for 2 weeks. The hotel is beautiful with amazing sea views and overlooking Kusadasi. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Buses and taxis are close by and it's a short trip into town or a pleasant 20 minute stroll downhill.
The highlight of our stay was the wonderful spa service. We had a Turkish bath and massage in a lovely clean, relaxing environment. My masseuse, Siinta, was very professional and rid me of my aches and pains. I would recommend a trip to the spa at the start of the holiday.
We went all-inclusive and found the buffet was good, especially the variety of delicious fresh salads. There were chips (if you like that) and a variety of meats, fish, vegetables as well as a range of deserts.
The rooms were cleaned daily and we used the laundry service delivered beautifully pressed within a couple of hours.
There's so much to do in Kusadasi and it's accessibility to sites of historical and natural interest makes it a great place to stay.

A nice rotunda shaped hotel in area of Kusadasi. The staff made us feel comfortable within seconds of arriving, Serkan was helpful and transported our luggage to our rooms while we had lunch. Filiz in the restaurant was outstanding in making sure that we were content while there, never leaving our glasses/cups empty. Deniz was lovely, very helpful and made us feel at ease. Nazim and Ahmed in the spa was also very good while Dynasty gave a very good massage. All in all a good time was had, would liked to have had more variety and better quality food though.

Myself and my fiancé are currently here and have been for a week (we’re here another 7 nights) so I thought I’d put a very honest review on for any british people currently looking to book in the Suhan 360. So when we arrived at the hotel it was late at night the hotel receptionist checked us in and told us our room had been upgraded from a standard view room to a sea view room (we booked a sea view room anyway so this obviously confused us) but we went with it. We didn’t get taken to the room we just got told the room number and didn’t get shown anything around the hotel or told where things where etc we had to figure things out ourselves. We went into our room and the smell was absolutely disgusting it smelt of mould and drains and the carpet was pulled up at the door of our bathroom. We tried to connect to wifi so we could check in with family as you do and no wifi connection was possible at all. I went to reception to raise my concerns and the receptionist was pretty rude but eventually said he would look to change our room as the wifi is restricted in certain parts of the hotel. He showed us a different room but again wifi wasn’t available so we ended up staying put and have to go to reception to access the wifi if needed. The food is VERY repetitive and they do not cater for the English at all .. we’ve been to Turkey 3 times previously and never had an issue with food there’s always been a good variety for all cultures. Here the food is mainly catering for Indian and Chinese which we noticed when a few groups of people from both countries came into the hotel the staff seem to forget about the other guests and run after them to make sure they’re happy etc. as soon as they came in special food had been prepared for them which we got told we weren’t allowed to touch even though we were all inclusive! There is a snack bar around the pool which is ok this is mainly what we had to eat whilst been here burgers chips etc. during the day the music played around the pool again is repetitive and boring and on a night there’s no entertainment on I think one night so far there has been a singer every other night there’s not been anything. The drinks menu is limited not much too choose from for offering all inclusive again it’s not great. One thing I will say is the hotel is quiet and chilled during the day so no issues getting sunbeds however today we woke up to come and sunbathe and loads of Russian guests have checked in last night and have taken all of the sunbeds so we’re left without. Oh also there’s a guy who walks around the pool promoting a restaurant called Murphys .. sounds great and we went to try the food purely because we were bored of the same food in the hotel.. all I can say is don’t waste your time it’s expensive and the food is awful! I was poorly off the chicken and lamb skewer I had the meat was pure fat and the cocktails had very little alcohol in the bill for 2 drinks and 2 mains came to £45 which was expensive for the food we were provided! So yeah this hotel is definitely not a 4 or a 5 star and definitely do not cater for the English at all. More like a 2 star hotel and that’s being kind.

Staying here for 12 days was a lovely experience in an atmosphere which is relaxed, casual and friendly. The staff are just amazing, all without exception are so kind. Every hotel needs a Feliz in their restaurant. Feliz's friendliness, excellent service and just downright kindness was one of the best things about staying in this hotel. She is the very soul of the Suhanl. The care she gives to everyone is phenomenal.
Deniz in reception was also outstanding, she is very helpful, professional and so very efficient. I don't think there is a problem she could not solve. You are in safe hands when Deniz is taking care of things.

The location is five stars. The sunset from our room or from the pool area was spectacular every evening. Possibly the best location to view the sunset in Kusadasi.
We loved the food. There is no nod here to European or American food, its all the most wonderful authentic, fresh and tasty Turkish food. We loved it and the wonderful chefs who were delighted to explain the ingredients in the dishes.

We paid a little extra to have a room with a sea view and it was worth every single penny. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. By a long shot the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The standard of housekeeping was exceptionally high.

There were a few downsides, the main one being we could not get WIFI in our room. It was available in the reception area. There were no English speaking channels on the TV. But in no way did that take away from the overall experience, so I would still rate this hotel as five star and we intend returning.

Honestly the hotel itself is lovely the pools are great and we had no issue with getting sun beds like other hotels get. It’s in a ideal location from the centre of Kuşadası in taxi cost about 50 lira which is about £2.30 or the number 1 bus which is about 60p. Kusadasi itself is such a great place you’ll not be disappointed. The staff are very helpful and polite our friends lost something in the hotel whilst we was there and the housekeeping staff managed to find it which is great nothing was to much trouble for them. This is now where I have to point out issues with this hotel if these areas where sorted out it would definitely be a 10/10. Me and my partner weren’t expecting miracles with food but the food was very poor we ate out most nights. Not expecting to have fry and all the food we’d eat at home but better selection is needed for all meals. The Wi-Fi is not good at all Down to the point just to send a message to home to let them know you have arrived. There’s no excuse in this day and age to have poor internet connection. Also not that me and my partner were that fussed but we did hear a lot of people complaining about it the lack of entertainment in the evenings surely that’s a given aswell when on holiday the atmosphere is dead otherwise. All in all lovely holiday will definitely be retiring to Kusadasi and would return to this hotel because it’s lovely just needs to pay attention to some areas improve them and this place is in top tier.

My partner and I booked to stay here last may, for June 2022. On arrival we were very impressed looks lovely from the outside the inside is beautiful, the staff greeted us (I don’t remember their names) took our cases from us made us a drink each. Once we got to the room explained how the air con works etc. We were very impressed however, we didn’t get to the hotel until 2pm after an early start and a long day of travelling we were starving. We asked a lady at the bar where the pool bar was, her English wasn’t great so she pointed to the lift. We went there to where it said (-2 pool bar). This then took us to a basement full of cats who obviously have no where else to go to the toilet other than the basement, the smell was unbearable. I understand in turkey there a lot of cockroaches and a lot of the time cats get rid of them however they should not be accessible to guests. As you can imagine this then put us off eating anything there. Never the less my partner went downstairs to look at the snack bar once it opened at 3 it hadn’t been opened very long and all was left was a burger, a bowl of soggy fries and dried pasta.

I understand all hotels are different however the majority we have stayed in where we have done an all inclusive package usually the snack bar is open when breakfast, lunch and dinner have finished. This one wasn’t it was open at 3-5pm. Not even ice creams where available as the freezers by the Dj were empty.

Our first day wasn’t as we expected, we ended up going into town to eat and have some drinks.

On the second day our Jet2 rep came to the hotel and we explained to him that we weren’t happy. He said he would do his best to try and get us changed to a different hotel he gave us a variety of options to choose from and we chose 2. We then went out for the day by the evening he gave us the good news that one of the hotels we had chosen had availability and we could move on the Sunday. We went down for dinner on the Saturday night, the selection wasn’t massive but others seemed to enjoy it, each to there own. The entertainment they had on that night was Turkish night 20:45 pm start. This then finish at 21:15pm, then the Dj continued playing the same play list since we arrived, whilst on his phone behind the stand.

We spoke to an older couple who asked if everything was ok and how we were getting on we explained to them our thoughts and they said for them they were happy and that they think it’s just basic and enough for them, which proves it can fit a lot of people expectations, just not ours.

Overall, if you are a young couple like us who enjoy people watching and enjoy different variety’s of entertainment that last longer than 30 minutes then I wouldn’t recommend you stay here.

Spent two weeks here From 08 -23 September 2020. Only one restaurant and one bar open and entertainment on weekends only. During our stay which was all inclusive all of the food was cold and reception were unhelpful. Towels and bedding were frayed and torn also complete lack of facilities in rooms (not even a glass). The pool and jacuzzi both had tiles missing and the jacuzzi was only turned on for about an hour a day. I have had better service and a cleaner hotel at a 2 star level.
