After check in the room for 2-3hours the aircond not cold at all, go request change room but they say cant, if want need book another room with charges, i insist change till two of their staff come to my room check and they too agree not cold at all, only blow air out, but still say manager say cant.manager say i should complain upon check on the room, that time air cond still ok a bit, only after 2-3hours no more cold air and manager sound like my fault no complain early???? What is this for a room rm105????

Am short stay for rest, visit my friend,good location at coach terminal 2 ,nearby have many food stall restaurant,room is clean and comfortable.Hotel is complimentary for guest mineral water and room have kettle.Receptions staff is friendly.

D&F Hotel Seremban Let me start by saying this was one of the hardest hotels I’ve ever had to find. My trusty GPS didn’t have it listed and didn’t recognise the street “MSJ”. Neither did the MAPS app on my laptop. Eventually a very nice Chinese car salesman led me across the other side of town to the hotel after calling reception to find out where it was located. There is no phone number listed on the Trip Advisor web site. Adding insult to injury, when I complained at reception that it was difficult to find, the response was “but we have the GPS coordinates here on our business card”. If you are going to stay here (and I recommend you do) you will need them, so here they are N 02.68816” E 101.98553” Don’t have a GPS? Then I suggest you stay some place else because you will never find it. It’s located in a new block of strip shops, many of which are not yet leased. There are two local type restaurants here but not much else. There is no restaurant café or bar associated with the hotel, but if you just want an overnight stop as I did, it’s pretty good for the price. For an extra few ringgits I ordered the deluxe option. It’s a large room with a desk, phone, nice chair, arm chair, wardrobe, big king bed with solid bedside tables either side, dimmer switch lighting on either side, separate cover sheet and duna which I really appreciated, full length mirror, a window that opens onto the street below so I could keep an eye on my car, two complimentary bottles or water, tea and coffee facilities with a generous amount of each. There is a medium size flat screen TV but only eight cable channels. Only two of these is in English, and no English news channel. I loved the glass wall separating the bathroom, but the bathroom itself is quite basic. No shower screen so you get water all over the floor when showering, no bench space. They provide a generous amount of bathroom product, and a very fast wifi service. The best part is that it’s all new. Only the aircon unit was second hand, but works OK. There is no elevator, and I had to carry my own bags up the stairs. In conclusion, for the US$34 I paid I think it’s a brilliant deal. If management is listening, I suggest you add a phone number to your listing, and also a nearby intersection would be helpful. Not everyone has a GPS.…

Been here for a business trip. Staffs are very attentive upon check-in and check-out. The Deluxe room is spacious and clean. On top of that, the environment is pretty quiet and peace. The hotel provides fast speed wifi for guest and it's free of charge! Also, the rooms and amenities are well appointed and maintained. Easy access to main road and not far away from highway exit.
