If you plan to eat in the hotel you would be better off with half board as the meals will cost more than £60.
We were there in November,a fabulous hotel. We did half board The choice of food in all the restaurants was brilliant.
Have a great holiday!
It’s a popular spot for kite surfers which I think gives a good indication that it can get windy but we never found it a problem in November even though Kite surfers were out in the bay.
The hotel does free snorkelling trips every day at 2.30 but the coral close to the hotel has been damaged we did see lots of turtles. The bay is beautiful and offers lots of other activities. We did scuba dive at the sister hotel 10 minutes away and the coral was in better condition. Snorkelling or divining in the Maldives or Seychelles is much better but lots of reasons to go to Mauritius and the Prince Maurice.
Sorry for the delay
I only know the one and only which has been refurbished since I was there in 2015.
Both fab - we went back to Le Prince Maurice because they really cared that we did. They know your name when you arrive and they try hard to make you feel wanted- I did not feel that at the one and only at all.
Hope you love where you choose
When we visited in September, the predictions were of occasional rains, but it didn't happen.
