Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I stayed here as a base camp for Iguazu Falls. It’s in a fairly quiet location just outside of town (10-15min walk into town). The staff are all really nice, very little English spoken so brush up on your Spanish! Breakfast is ok, all the basics you need. There’s a decent swimming pool to dip in after a hot day at the falls. The room was a disappointment sadly. Very loud air con units outside the window, so loud we ended up moving our bed into the kitchen area! It was also not very clean and almost everything was hanging off the walls like the taps, toilet paper holder, towel hanger etc. Really wanted to enjoy our stay more and hopefully they improve the condition of the rooms in the future!

A normal hotel, no frills, pretty basic. Not too distant from the centre of town. The rooms were ok but the bathroom incredibly small. The swimming pool nothing special. Breakfast was ok. If you cannot afford more...it can be good for a couple of nights.

The hotel is located conveniently along the main road to the Three Borders Point and town centre. Busses to Iguazu Park on both Argentinian and Brazilian side can be stopped just outside it and bring you back to the same spot. Town centre is within the walking distance with all the restaurants and the bus station. Rooms are equipped according to standard - no luxuries but all the equipment needed is available. The terrace with the table and chairs gives a chance to rest outside and offers some smoking space. The small pool can provide rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. Breakfast is standard for hotels of that class in Argentina. Nothing to complain unless you expect a five starr hotel at the price. Can be recommended to normal tourists. And the staff are helpful and despite some English language difficulties, the intended results can be accomplished...

Friendly staff, good location; inadequate kitchen supplies. Can walk to town center and easily get to Hito Tres Fronteras. Hotel will charge you 10% for paying your stay with a charge card. Supermarket is across the street.

We found this hotel in the dark after a long day, 9 hours driving, and a brilliant visit to the falls. We were happy just have a bed for the night, but it was so much more! A lovely atmosphere and environment, great facilities, then a great breakfast. The papaya was the best I have ever eaten!

I’m from St. Catharines close to beautiful Niagara Falls. But this is way bigger, bordering Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay . It so beautiful to see and feel the power of the water. I got wet walking around to see the different falls , wishing for a better temperature but the company of my friend is to die for!!!

Location was ideal; very easy to get to both Brazil and Argentina sides of Iguazu Falls. Front desk did not really speak English and the wifi in the reception area never worked for me. I was charged 50 pesos (25 per day) for some type of tourist tax that was never really explained to me. Breakfast was passable but there are a lot of flies, and my room was never cleaned during my two night stay there. That being said it was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, so it served its purpose.

Needed a room at very short notice after an air strike meaning a lot of visitors were in a similar position. Very pleased to find this hotel. Very good size apartment for two overlooking a reasonable size pool. Good breakfast included and all very clean. About 15 min walk to town centre with bus service on doorstep with buses going to Iguazu falls. Highly recommended.
