Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have stayed at the crown towers a few times now during the pandemic when travel was restricted and for ease of location. However, I am always left underwhelmed with the experience. Marketed as extreme luxury, the true experience is one comparable to a budget airline. The check in/out experience was appalling having to queue and then yelled “Next” when it is your turn- not befitting of a 5 star resort at all. There was also no one to assist with luggage when I was checking in on my own with multiple bags. Every service you would expect in a 5 star hotel, is an add on at the crown of which you pay an additional fee for (room service delivery, booking beds by the pool, in room movies particularly cause there is no Netflix to avail). A pleasant enough stay however not befitting of the exorbitant price point.

Booked a Stay, Dinner and Show package to see Moulin Rouge. Excellent and clean room , very quite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and bars were great. The complex has everything you wish for ie: pool, spa, bars, restaurants and entertainment. Would not hesitate to recommend Crown Towers to anyone who are looking for a relaxing break.

The prices indicate high quality but it’s just a pig with lipstick on. You can get the same experience or better at plenty of other hotels in Perth. We aren’t sure what the hype of Towers is all about

Food and drink by the pool extremely overpriced for the quality. Epicurean extremely overpriced for cold, bland foods. Customer service throughout my trip was extremely poor, staff are too serious and argue.

We attend Crown 1-3 times per year for a stay-cay and it never disappoints. Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, superb food and amenities. Each time we dine they check if it’s a birthday or special occasion and assist us in celebrating which the kids love. We will be back.

The staff are very polite and efficient only to happy to help. The rooms are beyond beautiful with everything you need and could ask for. Guest services very polite and happy to help. World class restaurants to choose from, (our favourite was Nobu) and breakfast at the Epicurean was sensational.

We have just enjoyed yet another stay at this amazing hotel, and as with previous visits, there is nothing we can fault. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, everything is top class - service, cleanliness, amenities and facilities. An unexpected and very much appreciated surprise this visit was a room upgrade, which topped off our staycation experience. The Crystal Club was as usual exceptional, with perfect weather for enjoying the outdoor terrace once the sun had set so that we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets. An absolute bonus for me is how well they cater to coeliacs, both the breakfast and pre-dinner snack GF options are outstanding, a huge thank you to the chef for such thoughtful consideration for guests with special dietary requirements. This is the ideal hotel for a staycation, where you truly feel as if you are staying in a luxury resort, and yet (for us) less than 20 minutes from home. We will most certainly be back!

What a fabulous experience. The check in line was a little long and lengthy in time but the view from my room made all those cares flow away. Staff were friendly and informative on the front desk. I live in rural WA and needed a base for a couple nights after flying in from Sydney. Crown was the perfect place to be location wise. I had initially booked for 2 nights but had to extend it by 1 night. I couldn't get the same room type for that 1 night so had to pay the costly jump to an executive suite. The size of the suite is huge. The view was not as good as the first room i was in but the set up of the suite is very impressive. I love how Crown Towers offer a turn down service for you each evening. They also leave Koko Black chocolates on your pillow and they refresh water bottles. Really appreciate these touches. Love the robes and slippers for use also. I loved it so much I've booked my daughter and i (who was supposed to be with me on this trip) to stay for 2 nights during the first week of school holidays. She is going to love it and it will be a small way to make up for the fact she couldn't go to Taylor Swift with me as she got Covid 2 days before flying out of Perth 😔
