Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hubs and I camped at the lakeside campground in our RV; nice during the week, but during the weekend the campground was packed with large groups of locals that kinda took over our area of the park. There isn't a host that we could find. The central building is in serious need of an upgrade! The sinks in the ladies restroom were so covered in bugs I didn't want to wash my face there. I get it that there are bugs when camping, but this was too much!

I camped here during the week on June 14th in the lakeside campground. About 4 rv’s in the park and me. It was very quiet. I hiked the hikers trail. I went swimming. I enjoyed it all, but the best was at night time. I didn’t have a fire. I think I was at #47 by the water with some grassy area between me and the water. I was sitting by the table and a raccoon came by and went into the grassy area. Then the fireflies came out. It was very cool. One of the highlights of my 10 night camping trip

We weren't sure what to expect and were pleased with Lake Bronson State Park! Nice campsites! The host kept the bathrooms spotless (cleaning multiple times each day) and was super nice & helpful! The beach was nice and sandy for it being a smaller lake. Our kids really enjoyed it. The WPA tower and history of the park was neat for the adults and kids. The hiking and bike trails kept us active all weekend. There were multiple places to drop a line and fish as well! We will be back for sure!

Clouds of voracious mosquitoes as I was setting up camp and making dinner. Finally couldn't take it any longer, and bailed out to town. Didn't understand that, I didn't see any standing water around. Maybe I just got unlucky when picking a campsite.

This is a wonderful park to visit to be able to get away from the busy of everyday life. Great trails to hike and a awesome lake too be on. The people who work here are knowledgeable about the area. I do recommend going to the Lake Bronson museum in town it gives you a great history of the area and it's free to get in.

My wife and I, both in our 50's, find the park clean, the people friendly and the relatively short drive from our Winnipeg home makes it all the more appealing for us. The showers in the restrooms could do with a little upgrading but all in all, we love our time spent at Lake Bronson.
