The sheets were dirty and had a smiley face drawn on them. The towels were dirty. Around 2 am there were two men banging on a lady's door. There were arguing for hours. Police eventually came but the noise lasted hours. There seems to be lots of ruckus late at night.

Everything was well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We'll lit parking lot and secure entry. Common areas and rooms were clean. No issues experienced during our stay. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Absolutely the worst bed we’ve ever had in a hotel. I would highly recommend that a person go anywhere else in Burlington. It was a cheap metal platform bed with flimsy mattress. Horrible experience ! The location was a newer hotel and we’ve stayed in other Microtels with pretty decent beds but this was just horrible!’

The shower drains don't function properly. They failed to send my receipt and after multiple calls I still don't have it. Their e-mail system is probably failing but the staff take no responsibility in helping to resolve this.

I had a reservation. When I arrived, they said there was no room for me. We were sent away. Again. They did not take care of their custom. All the hotels were full. We had to sleep in my truck. Not happy about this at all.

Upon check the room was filthy. crumbs on floor, crumb on bed soda can in bathroom garbage ( I know that is minimal but goes to show room wasn't cleaned before we arrived.. Water from toilet overflowing. We decided to leave and not stay. .

The accommodation was unbelievably clean and tidy. We had fresh towels daily. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were lovely too! The staff were amazing and they really looked after us! We felt safe and secure at the accommodation! All of this made our stay enjoyable.

I will never stay at this hotel again the staff is extremely rude. They will talk about you while you’re standing in front of them and laugh at you. The rooms are disgusting. It honestly feels like a hotel that you’re prostitutes we come in and out of because that’s all you seen.
