You don’t know for sure. I have stayed there five or six times over the last twenty-some years and have never had a problem with this. Take pictures of the room before you leave showing it’s condition. This can be back-up proof for you.
It’s located on Airport Road. Turn at light where Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant is located right on strip. It’s a few minutes down on your right driving. Walking it’s about 10 to 15 minutes. You can rent from private owners or through Exploria Property Management. Even if you go through Exploria You are not required to go through timeshare sales pitch. They do offer incentives to do so.
When you check in, be sure to ask. They can direct you where to park to get easiest access. You might want to call ahead and explain your situation, they could possible put you in a unit convenient for your needs. They are all about making your stay pleasant.
This is not a hotel. No cleaning or coffee refill service. You have a kitchen and you are responsible for your own cleaning and food/drink. If you want to know about your specific condo. Call The resort direct and they can tell you. I ask this question last June 2018 and was told all had been remodeled.
