Nothing is inclusive except the lessons/water gear/wifi/etc that you pay for in the mandatory resort fee! Use it or lose it!
But depending on where you book, direct from Andaz or Costco, you can prepay for meals or activities but they aren't included in the base cost per night. I've never heard of all inclusive in Hawaii but if you find one please let us know!
I doubt it. We were there in November and the pool water was not very warm, most pools are not heated and the one pool that was supposed to be was not warm. We ate dinner twice at the Fairmont, just a few hotels down the block. All suite hotel and the place including the pools looked beautiful. I would check that place out. It is on our radar when we go back.
I have only been to the Andaz. We like it so much we have been back 5 times, most recently in February, 2019. It is expensive; but the pool and view is amazing, the service and staff is outstanding, the rooms are just ok, nothing extraordinary. We plan to go back as soon as this fall.
