Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful hotel set in a quiet location and literally a stones throw from the ocean. A very limited choice of bars and resturants near the hotel but we didn't find this a problem as there was nightly entertainment in the hotel which was mainly of a very good standard. Bar drinks are reasonably priced. We are both in our early 70's and fortunately are still very mobile and so we enjoyed the 30 minute walk into PB - usually catching the bus for the return journey. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was generously sized and comfortable with a good sized balcony looking out to the sea and over to Fuerteventura. But the really exceptional memory of Natura Palace was the extensive range and quality of food in the buffet restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner. Thanks to all of the management and staff for making our 2 week holiday such a happy, memorable time for us!

Very friendly staff, a great location with fabulous views over to Fuerteventura. Good buffet food, excellent choices and adults only. Lovely path with walks to the lighthouse or a bit further into Playa Blanca.

We have been 4 times to this hotel and have always been treated courteously and efficiently. the rooms are always clean and generous in size, we have been in 3 different types and have booked a suite for our next (5th) stay later this year. the A'la carte restaurant is excellent but it needs to be booked on your arrival as very popular. the only downside for us was sometimes the evening (lobby Bar) entertainment was very loud and overtook any conversation, part of this is undoubtably down to building acoustics. we would definitely recommend this hotel to any Adult, great no screaming kids.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, however may I just suggest a grab rail in the shower area would be very beneficial (especially for us less mobile guests) I love everything and everyone in Natura Palace, with a special mention to the receptionist who checked us in (I forget her name) , the lovely friendly and helpful lady with the blond hair in a bun, also Maite who again this year is so efficient and helpful, Alba and literally every member of staff who helped make our holiday magical. Special shout out to the cleaners, thank you, they do a wonderful job keeping the hotel immaculate. We will be back next March, please God.

This is a lovely quiet hotel in a Playa Blanca centre is a 30 minute walk along the promenade and the Rubicon Marina about an hour ( if you’re reasonably fit and active). Best thing is it’s adults only!! The restaurant has a good varied selection of food at both breakfast and dinner. Unlike the Barcelo we stayed at previously, the plates were warm, the hot food was hot and the cold food cold. Our meal in the A la Carte was excellent. Our room was 1054 with a side sea view, over looking the beautiful well kept gardens and mini golf. The room was well maintained and spotless, although in my opinion it would look more modern without the bedcovers. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel management of this hotel have also realised, that if they want their guests to stay in to eat and drink, they have to charge competitive prices, and not “rip them off”. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is there is clearly a shortage of staff, and because the water in the boiler is not hot enough to make tea. We will definitely be back.

Another relaxing stay at NP. We just love this hotel. The ambience friendly efficient staff. Top class accommodation. Good choice of food to suit all tastes. The high level of cleanliness throughout the property. Beautifully maintained gardens. Plenty of space around the pools with no shortage of sun loungers at any time of day. We have holidayed for the past 3 years in NP and already have booked for 2025.

My first trip to Lanzarote and first winter sun holiday with friends. This Hotel is faultless .. staff, cleanliness, food, decor, pools, facilities… just All of it … it really is such a high standard Hotel. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds , lovely big bathroom with walk in shower and a balcony that overlooked the beautiful grounds and the sea. Complimentary orange juice, water, teas and coffee. The decor, furniture, plants, pools and general look of the hotel is outstanding with lots of beautiful areas to relax. It was easy to get sunbeds every day with fresh pool towels when required, the rooms had big fluffy robes to wear to the pool area or in the room. The heated pool was fresh but lovely once in and the jacuzzi was a bonus. We took part in aqua gym, Pilates, sangria making and Latin dancing with a lovely man (whose name I can’t recall) who was funny and welcoming and provided good entertainment.. The restaurant is clean and well equipped.. we only had breakfast as prefers to try other restaurants at night. The breakfast was so good, with so much choice that I cannot imagine anyone not being able to find suitable options .. the fresh juices and smoothies were delicious and we even took advantage of the cava a few times. The staff in the restaurant work like trojans and were mostly very warm and friendly. We did feel like the youngsters at the hotel despite being in our 40’s & 50’s .. I’m not sure if that’s because it’s adults only or if that’s what the hotel attracts. It wasn’t an issue for us though as we did our own thing and found our own fun and although the evening entertainment was not really for us it was certainly enjoyed by the majority of guests as the beautiful lounge area was packed most nights. We used the gym which is ok but needs some attention such as batteries in the equipment and maybe a few more bits of kit. It was the only area that felt a bit tired. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for those who don’t like walking as it’s a bit of a walk into playa Blanca which we actually loved as we like exercising and the views were So pretty. We hired some e-bikes form Across the road which was great fun and not too expensive. We also loved the spa on the side of the hotel and all had amazing treatments Which were so reasonable and utterly relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and bit my last visit to Lanzarote

We’ve been to this hotel on many occasions over the last few years and it was great to be there again and see that the very high standard of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff has been maintained as well the food served in the restaurant and pool bar. Reasonably priced drinks too served with a smile Definitely return again
