I wouldn't trust a lot of the reviews on here that are 5 star as the animation team are hassling you daily to leave 5 star reviews to win prizes, which we refused to do. Don't get me wrong it is a good hotel, rooms are very tired and could do with updating in the block we were in and not the cleanest but the buffet is good, standard selection for any buffet, entertainment was good and visited the Steak House for a meal which was ok. The Sport Bar is shocking, no atmosphere, no sports being played and no music, it was closed most of the time. Drinks selection is excellent for an all inclusive nd staff were friendly.

Hotel's Favourite
Beautiful hotel grounds, stunning views, really enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this hotel to everyone . Loved the dolphins display in reception, welcome drinks on arrival, we got a golf cart ride to our room so we didn’t have to carry luggage. Our room was spacious, with a fan and aircon which you could have on separately, two double beds and sofa bed, large balcony over looking path to the pool and mikes coffee shop (which is lovely with lots of choice, caramel iced coffee was amazing) in the square behind the cafe is a clothing shop with named brands and a souvenir shop, it was quite pricey but nice to have some options to buy bits, we got inflatables for the pool from there. I would of bought them from home but was unsure if we were allowed but you are. we didn’t see a supermarket shop on the grounds which would of been nice to get water, snacks for room we had to walk 20mins or so to nearest shop (opposite way to playa Blanca). The room itself had been redecorated black and white, had toiletries, free safe, fridge and main English channels, had a good hairdryer and a drying rack for a few clothes on balcony with table and chairs. The cleaners came in everyday and around the hotel it felt clean and tidy. There was a lot of entertainment which you could see schedule on the app and on screens near eating area. Lots of choice for evening meals but did get abit the same so loved that the alcarte restaurants were included in half board which were all three courses (you need to book restaurants on H10 app quickly on arrival or before for good times) for three of the night, our favourite was the Italian and impressed it had stone baked pizza oven. Asian restaurant was lovely too. Breakfast was our favourite the children loved the churros and we liked the freshly made omelettes by the chefs in front of you. The cappuccino from the coffee machines were really nice, the staff worked really hard and kept the restaurants clean. You can purchased reusable water bottles for 3.50 and fill them up all over hotel. It would of been nice if there was some burgers and nuggets for the children just to fill them up. But the lunch option did have this for them when we swapped our dinner to lunch one day. The cocktail bar upstairs has an amazing terrace with beautiful views and great cocktails made properly. The pool cocktails were ok but out of jugs in plastic cups for safety around pool but preferred upstairs, hotel offers branded drinks even on all inclusive. We loved the fire show and flamenco dancing and my daughter loved meeting Elsa, the kids pool area was great change too. There was mini golf (abit worn out but did the job) and a play park next to it. The main pool is sea salt so we made sure our kids had goggles. It states you are not allowed to reserve sunloungers when checking in but this was sadly not enforced so after breakfast we went to use pool and every lounger (there are plenty) all had towels on them but no one at them for hours which is unfair on people at the pool wanting to relax and be close to the pool to watch the children, if the staff removed towels this would make it fair for everyone staying at the hotel and wanting to enjoy the facilities. You can leave the hotel to walk along sea front down the stairs to the side of the spa. Hotel is further out so to walk to playa blanca main strip you can walk along the seafront and takes about 40mins with a few bars along the way, but we mainly got taxis which the hotel kindly rang they arrived quickly and only cost 5 euros (ten minute journey), lots of restaurants and bars there and beach, we also got a fast ferry from the harbour to FortVentura (prebook in advance for cheaper, ticket offices near harbour for 35 euros adult 18 child, you need passports when going on ferry). There is a lovely beach bar with great cocktails and food just to the right outside the hotel for a change of scenery. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, they gave my daughter a mug full of Lindor chocolates for her birthday so very thoughtful. you will not be disappointed with your stay here, it’s large and didn’t feel crowded. A few tweaks and it would be perfect. Thankyou for a lovely stay :)

The one big negative… The room a Privilege room, VERY tired, very last century..!!! would not go back to it… Positive … We booked all inclusive , and it was !!! To include a daily paper, good service, sometimes not enough staff, but friendly hard working team.. The food , very good, plenty of it.. Drinks branded Gin etc.. Heated pool was heated, would go back if I could be assured of a decent room..!!!!

This place is AMAZING! I went All inclusive as a solo female and I can not praise the hotel and staff enough, I’d give them more than 5 stars. I found all inclusive fully met my needs. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in luxury hotels around the world and this is right up there with the best. When I arrived, I was handed a glass of fizz and the reception team checked me in as quickly and professionally as they could. I had emailed before my trip saying I was a solo female & they accommodated me with a gorgeous room near reception ( although I felt incredibly safe and hugely relaxed here). I only ate in the general buffet for all meals, mikes cafe for coffees everyday and piano bar in the evening. The selection was wonderful with some fabulous meats, fish, local specialities, cheese, fresh varied salads and the drinks I had were professionally made and superb. The food was set out beautifully and fresh bread and high quality produce. The staff have the right balance of courteous but professional and I was incredibly impressed. Nothing was too much trouble. You can bring your own refillable water bottle or buy a gorgeous one there which is fab value at 4 euros. It’s a lovely souvenir. The swimming pools and complex were really clean and delightful and my room serviced everyday, quality toiletries and very well appointed room. I understand others can sometimes have their own gripes but this is a QUALITY hotel deserving of 5 stars, it was beyond what I expected after reading some reviews. The entertainment in the piano bar and entertainment lounge excellent, I felt really relaxed and welcome and the clientele is quality too, no rowdy people. There is pleasant walk turn left out of the gate at the bottom of the back of hotel gardens after 15-20 Minutes along the coast you get to flamingo beach and some nice bars although the hotel is so superior no need to go out! Think you can get a bus outside the entrance to the main resort 1.50 euro each way pp. Honestly, I have high standards and this is not a hotel to be missed, thank you to the wonderful staff. I think the buffet/ food works if you are open to Mediterranean food and varied diet.

We had a lovely week here recently. The hotel is very nice and staff were generally friendly and helpful. We did do the ‘privilege’ service and it really made the difference. You have a separate pool area and a lounge where you can help yourself to drinks. This was great at the service at the Piano Bar was ridiculously slow! Privilege Room was fine, bit tired looking but had everything we needed and a comfy bed. The separate restaurant for breakfast was great as it meant you didn’t have to use the buffet every meal as it’s a la carte. the lunch menu was absolutely delicious in the Tabaiba restaurant and service always great at dinner. Food wise we loved the Sakura restaurant, it was by far the best. The buffet food was always plentiful and good selection. Dolce Vita also nice but quite crowded. AVOID the ‘Steak house’ - food absolutely dreadful and unpleasant place to be. Evening entertainment in the disco bar was always interesting. Overall we really liked it but I think without the ‘privilege’ package it wouldn’t have been so good. I do wish they’d call it something other than Privilege though! Don’t go expecting a true 5 star hotel, but it is absolutely worth a visit

We paid extra for the ‘privilege’ room and bar plus restaurants. Don’t bother. The ‘privilege’ bar area is a dirty terrace with old broken chairs and tables. The food in the exclusive ‘privilege’ restaurant is practically inedible and the staff rude. Our room was dirty and small. The pool area is large but the waterfall instalments do not work. The hotel is actually about a 3 kilometre walk from Playa Blanca. The reception area and main bar are utterly stunning….. nothing else is!!
