Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Apart hotel is fine, nice and clean, the walls are thin so it is noisy although not many people here. Girl in the breakfast room lets the whole place down. She is unhelpful, arrogant and very rude to people. She needs to move on or be moved on. A good location ideal for beach and bars. Shame about the bar staff.

I brought my daughter's for a Christmas and New year treat. We booked for fourteen nights. Location and transit into city was fine. However the apartment was so noisy...we could hear everything above and next to us including the bed bouncing from a couple having an evening of passion. It's clean and affordable but the sound proofing makes me give it only three stars.

We stayed two nights from Dec 28 to 30th. Good room sizes but noisy between units. Also, nice view. The bikes provided were all to big for our 9 year old son, very disappointing. No breakfast provided.... wish there was. We had a 1 bedroom apartment.

Just about to leave room 308 after 2 weeks of peace and contemplation. Top floor (4th) with huge sunny balcony and functional kitchenette. V clean and friendly and right on the front, whats not to love. The seafront/boardwalk is about 8km long and its only 10 minutes from the airport. The V95 bus takes you right in to central Barca for only €2.20, bargain! I even got a tan!

On our first day we couldnt check in because the power was out so we had to wait a few hours to be checked in. when we got into our room our A/C wasn't working properly because of the window sensors and when it did turn on after a few minutes it would start to squeak and that got old very fast. A few days later someone walked into our room and stole my wallet and the staff was no help, Apparently they have strangers walking room to room checking if any doors are open so they can come in and rob you. A day passed we had no power in our room for a few hours.

This was my first visit to Spain and the is located perfectly across from the ocean. There are quite a few restaurants located near hotel. Nearest store La Pava is about a 10 min walk. The hotel is in residential neighborhood and u will hear planes flying over because it is so close to airport. They have a traditional Spain buffet for about 8.50 EU. Also do not bring USD. Hotel and pretty much any store only accept EU or credit cards. There is bicycles for rent 1st hour is free. I saw no Karaoke or nightlife at hotel it was very quite. Occasionally people eating dinner at restaurant. Rooms super clean and looks exactly as pictured. Only 1 or 2 channels in english all other stations were in spanish. Also most of staff I encountered were kind but spoke little to almost no english. At times very hard to communicate what I needed. Overall hotel was a great choice if your looking for a secluded and quite place. Also please beware if you are a person of color meaning you have African heritage or look as if you do. The local residents stare at you often and it can be quite distracting at first but from what I've been told and read from other travelers to Spain this happens often to tourist of color. So don't be surprised if this happens in your travels. Just ignore them and enjoy your stay.

The hotel is located very far away from Barcelona in a sports / beach suburb. Good part about the location though is that it is only a few meters from the beach, which is why we chose it. Connectivity through bus and train is quite cumbersome. Taxi fares to get to anywhere are thus exorbitant (taxis are not easy to get either through apps or dial in number). Staff is indifferent and not very helpful (except for Mr. Paco, who was an exception). English communication of the staff is very poor. Nearest supermarket is several kilometres away. There are a few eateries in the area, which is mostly a high end residential place. Rooms are reasonably sized but with bare necessities. The fridge & microwave oven in the room are useful. Rooms need some maintenance in terms of cracked / loose / broken fittings. Housekeeping is below average. Not recommended unless visiting for 3-4 days or more from a beachside vacation perspective.

We stayed here for 5 nights, got room 509 which is kinda small. There is a microwave and small fridge, safe... After reading some reviews i think some of you did not notice a “supermarket” called Caprabo in which you can find pretty much anything. Its a blue building which is right after a bridge on your left side if you take L94 or L95 bus to the city center. It might be closed if country celebrates something and its closed on sunday aswell. Its about 10min of walking. Anyway, staff in this hotel is friendly and always smiling, there is a restaurant in the same building but prices are expensiiiive... but you can get cup of tea plus coffe for about 3.50 which is not that bad :) one thing i did not like is the door. It seems that anyone can bruteforce them and then nothing stops them from entering. If you get a small room with white wooden doors make sure that doors are latched when you lock them by pulling them. Beds are comfy. If you want, you can cross the road and go right for a walk, there you can find some places to eat. I dont know about whats on left, didnt go there. In summary i can recommend this hotel ;)

The location of this hotel right opposite the beach is wonderful. Arrived from FRA early in the morning and the room was ready. Check in no problem and the room was really clean . Had good night rests on their comfortable beds. Took bus L94 & L95 from passeig de la Marina to Barcelona city centre. The hotel resturant is okay but expensive for what you get. No shops around absolutely nothing but you can buy water for one euro from the hotel. Staff very nice with passable English. Check out no problem they hotel staff will gladly call a taxi to take you to the Airport which costs less than 30 euros. I will stay here again so I recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for one night as it is located near the Barcelona airport and we needed to fly the next morning quite early. The hotel has a beach front location and it is about 15-20 minutes from BCN. We were very pleased with the reception staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. We booked a room for two adults and we had a king size bed that was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were modern and impeccably clean. The room also had a microwave and small fridge which we did not use. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
