Not as good as it used to be. Doesn’t taste authentic anymore. Huge let down. Did you guys change chef perhaps?

Terrible experience. I went with my family for dinner, staff provided a good table but then decided to move all of us to a small table, because they were trying to “maximise” the tables available. Staff was rude and the place crowded. Not a good...experience at all.More
Tried this restaurant as it was highly rated. No bookings just walked in. Seems like it was heavily booked with all tables with comfy seats to the sides were having reserved signs. We asked for one but was told they’re all reserved. However abit later...a Caucasian family came in with no booking we’re offered those seats, very disappointed with the treatment. Food was nothing special to shout about. The broth to our noddles were overly sweet - either msg or sugar. The dry noodle was tasteless. Fried chicken that was chopped up has bits of bones fallen everywhere in the noodles. I asked for cut chilli with fish sauce but instead got chilli with salad dressing. Portion size was standard but the ingredients were disappointing. This place is heavily patronised with Caucasian obviously with the boss’s warm welcome and good customer interaction.More
I haven't been to this place for ages and I am wondering why I have left it so long. The staff are very friendly and happy and the food is devine. I had the wontons which were light and fluffy and the spring rolls, I...have never had roll like it, they were made of a netting again which were so light and tasty. The sweet and sour fish.. amazing, mongolian lamb tasty.More
This used to be our perfect Date night location we have just moved back to perth after moving away for 13 months and we invited our in laws for their first time at the restaurant as a thankyou to them for helping us move from...3 hours away. Well To Tos has had a makeover something the staff could do with what an miserable bunch even Dave if your a regular he is normally friendly smiley has a quick chat he looked pretty stressed. On the way to the toilet i noticed liquid on the ground spilt and going along the floor i mentioned it to Dave and hes like no arnt they naughty. Wat???!!! The food wasnt out as quick as normal and the food was pretty much thrown at the table as they walk past it i was actually embarrassed and told the in laws its all different now. Looks like we might need to find somewhere new to eat. The staff can really make or break a place cmon to tos step it upMore
This is a regular for us and we always enjoy the quick service and tasty food. However this time we found it disappointing. Especially the chilli & lemongrass beef stir fry. Normally a winner but this time very bland. Tom Yum fried rice also just...ok. Maybe a one off? so will be back sometime to give another go. Fingers CrossedMore
Nice quick service is the only plus. Ate on Friday evening last, Hate places that have not joined 21 st century and add up bill manually. Apart from that the food was well below average, very watery beef noodle thing with satay sauce was poor....If this is called a good restaurant then my name is Santa Claus.More
If they gave out half points I would rate this above average but below very good. It’s located on Albany Hwy, just past the Park shopping centre. On a wet & cold Tuesday night, in a post COVID-19 environment, whilst they were limited to 20...patrons, there was a steady stream of customers and takeaway deliveries going on. The menu is extensive with a huge range of dishes. Above the counter they have a blackboard with a number or recommended dishes if you’re stuck on making a decision. The service is fast even a bit frantic which was a bit weird given the limited number of diners, maybe they are used to it being packed. Went with the fish cakes and Tom Yum Soup - the fish cakes were a little dry & dense but the soup was good. For mains we had the sambal prawns and the Vietnamese simmered chicken. The prawns were large and succulent but the sambal was lacking any sort of punch. The chicken was tender but again the sauce was nice but nothing special. If you’ve been to South East Asia you’ll know what I mean about packing flavours into every mouthful, this just tasted pedestrian. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t terrible just could have been so much better. The service was quick but felt rushed and slapdash, as if the restaurant was full, which of course it wasn’t- maybe they were trying to get as many patrons through as quick as possible.More
It was Wednesday night in Vic Park and To To was buzzing. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and shown to a table and given a menu. There was a mix of couples and larger groups and it was obvious that they...were regular customers. When my food arrived I knew why. I ordered an entree sized serve of vegetable spring rolls and they were piping hot and delicious. My vegetable and tofu rice noodles were very hot too and were also very tasty with a mix of green vegetables and water chestnuts. The helping was very generous and I ended up taking the leftovers home. To To has been in operation since 2008 and the good service and fantastic food will ensure they will be there for many more years. I'll definitely be back.More
Went here with a group of 6 for dinner on a sunday night. The restaurant was reasonably busy but not too crowded. Menu is very extensive. The waiter was very upfront in saying "lets go" for the order which i didnt mind but can see...how others might take offense. The entree's came out quick and very quickly followed by the mains whether we were finished or not. I thought it was ok....the food was good and we will be back for sure.More
As a Vietnamese person I was severely disappointed here. Caters for Caucasian taste. Not traditional Vietnamese food. Not being racist but if you are Asian, you will not enjoy the food here. Run by Chinese people it seems as well.
Had the curry chilli squid. Iced coffee. Perfect. Friendly and relaxed. Great service. Extensive choice in menu.
Excellent customer service, very nice and detailed decoration, clean and the food comes quick. We highly recommend this place.
We picked this restaurant from among the many Asian restaurants in this part of town, when our favourite was closed, and we were delighted with our choice. The food was terrific, we had four main courses and each one of them was delicious. The services...was smooth and responsive. The only issue we had was that, due to the popularity of the place it was full of noisy customers, which made conversation difficult at times. Otherwise, highly recommended.More
Dirty cutlery. Waiter SAT at table to take our order. Half the main came out when we hadn't even finished our starter. Then 10 mins later the other half came out. Whatever happened to a break between courses? What was the rush to get us...in & out, it wasn't a busy night?! Spring rolls needed about 30secs more in fryer, they were just warm. Chicken satays were nice. Butter & black pepper chicken was ok. Chilli tofu was awful - had to ask for chilli sauce & soy sauce to give it some flavour to make it edible. Won't be recommending. Place looks like it needs a good clean too.More
