Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amazing restaurant with a great team of Chefs, with Canadian competition winner preparing food for you. Small and cozy. Great bar and wine list. Steak tartar was just amazing, and the pork tenderloin day special was out of this world. We will be back for...sure. This is a hidden gem!More

We have been here before for our wedding anniversary and thought it was time we returned, and we are happy that we did. We had a lovely meal here. My wife had the squash soup and steelhead trout, which she really enjoyed (plus a couple...of glasses of wine). I had the braised lamb and lamb chop, which were cooked to perfection. I was driving, so only one glass of wine. For dessert, we both had the apple beignets with ice cream. A lovely meal. Service was excellent and unobtrusive. Our water was constantly topped up without asking. Never fely rushed. We really enjoyed our evening and would certainly recommend this spot.More

This place is a ‘must stop’ for any foodie. I worked with Sharleen to curate a personalized 6 course wine / food experience , and we were blown away. Everything is local, seasonal farm to table. And it was amazing! Chef Mark came to chat...with us several times, telling us about the wine/food pairings. Sharleen was very attentive throughout. These folks are passionate about what they do, extremely knowledgeable about everything they serve and they do it superbly. This food/wine experience rivals anything I’ve had while during my many global travels. Thanks again, Chef Mark and Sharleen, for a unforgettable experience! The girls and I all discussed how unique and delicious everything was. Bravo! Sure hope and plan to return !More

Went to the restaurant for a business dinner and the evening was delightful. Had the beet and carrot salad. Very good and well presented. Main was skirt steak with fork mashed potatoes and vegetables. All cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

We had gone here before and boy, has the menu shrunk. 4 dinner options only. The starters were all mainly different types of tapas plates. The wine certainly wasn’t 6oz. And we were seated in a tiny tiny table right next to the entrance. Not...a great experience. Really sad because before the pandemic, this was our favourite restaurant in Kelowna. We drank our wine, shared a tapas plate…and went to another restaurant for our entrees. We won’t be back.More

Fabulous food. So great to be able to have a good foie gras this side of the Atlantic, and the roti potatoes with the duck were heavenly. Will definitely go back next visit to Kelowna.

We always celebrate our wedding anniversary with a special meal, and this was no exception. The menu was broad with plenty of choice. (No elk this time, though.) We started with a plate of olives, which were tasty. My wife had a lovely duck plate,...which was massive enough that she enjoyed it for dinner the next night at home as well. I had a flat iron steak, cooked to perfection, served with veg and mashed potatoes in a beaurdelaise sauce. We ordered wine by the glass but I had only one because the roads were slippery that night. Dessert was a wonderful chocolate cake with sauces and ice cream, and they added a shortcake treat for our anniversary. Service was excellent and we enjoyed the whole experience. I should mention that the COVID precautions were well done.More

We loved our dinner at Waterfront. Amazing service, food, and atmosphere. We only escape our little town very rarely, so evenings like this are a treat! We can’t wait to come back!

We did not try the mains but we had many of the shareables. We have the mussels, fois gras, and cheese board and all options we very good. The price is definitely a little steeper then other places.

We went for a Birthday, the food was average the Sablefish and the Gnocchi were very disappointing with the Gnocchi being hard. Taps's was very plain consisting of too many styles of Bread, plain Olives and a some Humus and then our 3 guest's and...my wife felt to be rushed out at around 9.15pm. I booked it because of the great reviews but it did not meet our Expectations!More

Delicious meal to end our time in Kelowna! We were seated right away and our server was very friendly and attentive throughout. It is clear the chef takes great pride in his work and is very talented not only by the quality of food on...the menu but the unique specials they create each day as well. I had the sablefish (which I had never had before) and now I am obsessed. They should bottle and sell the crab and ginger broth it came with! The flat iron steak was also a big hit. Great spot for foodies and folks wanting a nice night out.More

Our meals here were excellent. We had the duck and the sablefish, and both were really fantastic. The ambience inside is not great - little tables tucked into corners - and the servers were fine - more of a casual vibe from them than a..."fine dining" vibe. But the food is the reason to come, and it's worth going for.More

First off let me say the patio is great. I hadn’t been here before so I did not know where to sit but I’m very glad we got outside. The service was pretty good. I had their flat iron steak and it was delicious. For...me the win was in all the details on the plates. I noticed all the little things you’re not supposed to notice and everything worked so well. Hey, who thought of putting blue cheese on top of apricot halves? I loved it. What a great little restaurantMore
