Hidden away from the tourists. Quiet place. Top service. Nice guys. Delicious Tartare of diff varieties. Recommend the “Tris” - choose three different Tartare from the menus on one plate! Yumm.

Tourist trap - very unfriendly rip off They even sent a family with small child away whos child urgently needed toilet Bad press for Italy
Rude service. Refused wc to 5 year old kid. Nice view from terrace though. Could attract more clients in case of service improvement or pice for wc.
Ci sono i bagni pubblici mitico!!!se vuoi andare in bagno consuma e nessuno ti viterà di andarci!!!
Very fresh and tasty tartares The best cured meats I’ve ever eaten If you are in San Gimignano or in the wider area, you should definitely visit this lovely local restaurant!
A really nice place to stay and taste great meat. Good and professional service, good wine and lot of meat options. Outside is better than inside but if you’re looking for fresh and tasty meet this is the place.
We stopped here for a late launch in San Gimignano. Central and nice location with little tables in the place nearby. Only row and very fresh meat (the restaurant was born like a spin-off of a typical Italian macelleria). Nice and young staff. Value for...money. Suggested!More
We were seated inside, where the ambiance was absolutely great. When we came inside we were warned that they only had raw meat, so we were immediately enthousiastic. We ordered some salima for starters, a basic carpaccio (with rocket salad and cheese) and a carpaccio...mix with three different kinds of carpaccio. The steak tartares that passed looked amazing, but we were more down for carpaccio, and that was probably the best decision we've ever made. The carpoccio was absolutely delicious. It was amazing. It was the best quality meat and the flavours on top matched perfectly. So, if you love (raw) meat, this is definitely a go.More
We sat outside right in front of the church and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had some salumi as appetizer and then a carpaccio and a tartare.. everything was delicious! Definitely worth a visit if you are a meat lover!
We stumbled across this fun-looking restaurant and decided to have lunch. We ate outdoors and that was probably the best part of the meal. Service was extremely slow and the serve staff were polite but not very talkative or informative. The food was excellent. Great...location, outdoor seating and good food. Maybe it was just our server.More
We initially stopped in for a cappuccino around 11am, and out of curiosity, we took a spin through the menu. And after seeing the serious butcher counter inside -- we knew we could not leave without going deeper. We ordered a trio of tartare, and...WOW. Amazing. We ordered mozzarella and basil, olive, and classic tartare -- and each one was better than the last, or so it seemed. I've always found it hard to pass up tartare on a menu, but I'm now spoiled by each of these. The bar has been set at an entirely new level. On top of the food, the waiter and the staff we encountered were excellent. This team and their restaurant will likely help persuade me to return to San Gimignano on our next visit to Italy!More
Best place ever in sanghimignano!!!! Good wine and food! The waiter with red hair and glasses is so kind, friendly and nice! Suggested!
Off the beaten track in San Gimignano, in a quiet square. Four of us had the sharing platter of meats and cheeses. It was very, very good and beautifully presented. Service was a bit slow, could have been faster. Would recommend.
The of Selection of cured meat is ok, but not special except persuto. Stuff is quite slowly at least three groups went to another restorant after 10min of waiting.
Incredible meat. Polite, warm and impeccable service. Beautiful, quiet square that I didn’t believe we could get to considering the queue at the parking lot. The tartare with Burrata and Pesto is delicious. As was the carpaccio with grana and rucola. Lovely music in the...background and refreshing house white wine. We have loved it all. Sorry for not having pictures to share, we jumped on the dishes as soon as they arrived!More
